Our pet friendly caravan at Trevella Holiday Park, is ideal for families, friends and couples, or anyone looking to escape and unwind in a beautiful setting.

Step inside to discover a bright spacious living area designed for relaxation, featuring a smart TV, plenty of welcoming seating, and a warm cozy fireplace (electric). The fully modern equipped kitchen has everything you need - oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, and all cooking essentials including a coffee maker (pod).

The three cozy bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep, offering bedding, plenty of storage and an WC en-suite to the main bedroom, which also contains a king size bed. The two smaller rooms consist of two single beds per room. There is also a main family bathroom that has a good size shower and WC.

Outside, you'll find a private wraparound, secure balcony which is perfect for little one or pets to roam and play safely. There is adequate seating too; perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening drink whilst taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Private parking alongside the caravan for up to 2 cars. (EV charging point available at reception. Please note *charging from the caravan is not permitted).

This lovely, home from home, pet friendly caravan is located in the secluded owners’ area of the award winning Trevella Holiday Park in the beautiful area of Crantock, Cornwall. The park facilities include an outdoor heating swimming pool; several play areas and open spaces; an onsite shop; laundry facilities; crazy golf and a teeny tiny little pub called the Piskie Inn.

Trevella Park also has two wonderful fully stocked fishing lakes for use (rod license required) - just a stone’s throw away from your holiday retreat. There is also a pleasant dog walking area within the parks grounds in addition to a dog wash.

Booking & Payments:
* A £200 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking (deducted from outstanding balance), balance due six weeks prior to arrival. Bookings within six weeks of arrival require full payment at time of booking.
* Full names of all guests must be provided at time of booking along with proof of current address of lead contact (council tax bill or utility bill dated within 3 months) - any changes must be submitted for approval - no same sex groups (hen or stag).
* A refundable damages deposit of £200 is due one week before arrival and returned within one week of departure.
* All changes or cancellations must be in writing: deposit is always forfeited on cancellation. Late payment may result in cancellation.
* Check-in & Check-out: Check-in after 4pm, Check-out by 10am.
*Bedding provided, towels are not provided

Static Caravan Conditions of Hire

1. A deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will not be refunded should you subsequently cancel for whatever reason. The balance is payable six weeks prior to the holiday booking.
2. If the payment is not received by the appointed date, we are entitled to assume you do not require the caravan which may then be re-let without further notice.
3. A reservation is made only when our completed booking form together with the required deposit and proof of current address of lead contact (council tax bill or utility bill dated within 3 months) is received and approved. No same sex groups (hen or stag) will be accepted.
4. All bookings commence at 4pm on the date of arrival (please do not arrive before 4pm) and terminate at 10 am on the day of departure.
5. A further security deposit of £200 is due one week before arrival and will be refunded one week after departure subject to the caravan being left in a clean and tidy condition. Furniture, fixtures and equipment broken by misuse, lost or damaged during occupation will be charged for including loss of caravan and gate keys that will be issued upon arrival.
6. Caravan will be provided fully equipped with TV, microwave, cooker, fridge freezer and all cooking utensils, crockery etc. Bedding (sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers will also be provided). Towels are to be provided by the holiday maker.
7. We reserve the right to refuse any booking application or to refuse or terminate accommodation.
8. We cannot accept any responsibility for personal injury or inconvenience, nor loss or damage to personal property however caused. Vehicles parked entirely at the owners own risk.
9. We reserve the right to reduce the price of the holiday caravan at any time so as to make special offers and promotions. We further reserve the rights to increase the price at any given time.
10. We welcome a maximum of two well behaved dogs for the entirety of the booking provided they are kept on a lead at all times and sleep on bedding provided by the holiday maker. At no time are the dog/s to be left alone in the caravan. Please ensure any fouling of the grassland or footpath is cleaned. Failure to do so and any reports from other guests to this effect could result in termination of the holiday let.
11. Children are very welcome but be mindful there are deep lakes close to the caravan. Therefore, adult super vision is required at all times.
12. All guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, especially after dark.
13. The management reserve the right to enter the caravan at any time in the event of an emergency or for maintenance issues or for reasons that may concern the management.
14. The caravan is made available for you from the date stated but if this is not possible for any reason beyond our control (fire, theft, damage) any monies paid will be fully refunded to which you have no further claims.
