Caravan Description

Trevella Holiday Park has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (April - September), a mini market and Crantock's smallest pub, The Piskie Inn. It’s also around 2.9 km from Crantock Beach.

Our caravan for hire on Trevella Holiday Park, has free private parking next to the caravan with space for up to 2 cars. It also boasts FREE Wi-Fi.

The caravan offers 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6/8 guests. There are 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom, plus a pull-out bed for additional guests in the living area.

The fully equipped kitchen/dining area has a gas cooker, air fryer, full size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and extensive crockery and utensils, along with a dining area.

Within the lounge there is a TV and gas fire.

There is a bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet, as well as a separate toilet with hand basin.

Gas, electric and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

A fire extinguisher and fire alarms are fitted for peace of mind.

All beds have mattress protectors, pillows and duvets, but guests must supply their own bed linen and towels.


Bookings & Conditions

22 The Green is strictly a NO SMOKING / VAPING Caravan.

NO single sex group bookings will be accepted. Strictly families and couples only (these are the holiday park rules). A full list of names and ages will be required when booking.

Small dogs are welcome, but MUST NOT be left alone in the caravan. We are guided by our holiday park and therefore, DO NOT accept any dogs on the official Dangerous Dogs list.

A £50 deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your stay.

Along with the final balance, a £100 security deposit will be required. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure as long as the caravan is left clean and tidy with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
