Caravan Description

Meadow 51 is perfectly positioned for access to the South West Coastal Path.

Our caravan for hire on Trevella Holiday Park, is nestled in a quiet corner of the site, with trees to the back and view of the grassed area to the front, along with large trees full of birds and squirrels.

The caravan has central heating, a fireplace, TV and Wi-Fi.

The south facing, enclosed deck allows you to make the most of the sunny days.

2 well behaved dogs are accepted.

Shorter stays are available other than listed, please enquire if you'd prefer a stay shorter than a week. 2 days minimum.

* Towels and linen can be provided at the following cost: Single bed £17; Double bed £26. However, you are welcome to bring your own towels and linen if you wish to keep the cost of your break down. We require 7 days notice in order to be able to organize linen for you.

Our caravan is ideal for families and couples.


The Accommodation

Meadow 51 is a bright, cosy caravan with that sleeps up to eight guests. It has one double bedroom, two twin bedded rooms and a fold-out sofa bed in the lounge. One of the twin bedrooms can be prepared to accommodate your own travel cot. This will reduce that room's capacity to one single bed though. Towels and linen can be provided, see below for rates*

There is a full bathroom with shower, as well as a separate toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, gas cooker with grill, kettle and a 4 slot toaster.

The living area has a dining table, as well as two sofas, a fireplace, Freeview TV and a well-stocked games chest.

There is one marked parking space at the front of the caravan.




Other Things to Note

An easy to assemble highchair is provided, as well as a children's toilet seat and step. Children's plates and cups are also provided.

Upon booking , a £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final balance. Cancellations within 4 weeks of your check in date will result in this being retained by us.
Your final balance will be due 4 weeks before your arrival.
If you book within 4 weeks of arrival then the full balance will be due immediately.
We also require a £75 security deposit payable with your final balance. This will be returned once the van as been checked for damage/extra cleaning. We won't withhold the security deposit for a broken glass or plate. we ask that you let us know so that we can replace the items ready for the next guest.
