Caravan Description

We now have 2, 4 berth caravans on Trenance. MAX OCCUPANCY IS 4 PEOPLE IN EACH VAN INCLUDING CHILDREN OF ALL AGES. The caravans are sited together at the top of the site and is for private van owners so lots of spare room around you for peace and quiet.. Near to the camping area.

Pennwells was new in 2004 and is 28' x 10'. It is a 2 bedroomed caravan.

Janet was new in 2015. It is 32 x 12 and has 2 bedrooms. Janet has a decked seating area to the front.

Both are in great condition and located in a quiet location on the site away from the roads around the campsite. The caravans are close together and sited on a cut grass area on Trenance Caravan Park; an excellent family run site. Recent holidaymakers have commented how cosy the Pennwells caravan is and has everything you can possibly need for your stay. The vans are situated near the top of the site used primarily by private owners for letting. The area is not heavily populated and far enough away from the camping section.

The newer van, Janet, has a raised decking area and can possibly be accessed with a wheelchair to the entrance door.

They are ideal for couples and families. Bookings are not accepted from single sex groups. This is the camp sites policy.

The holiday caravans are fully equipped with TV, microwave and full size cooker.

Both have 2 bedrooms, 1 having a double bed the other 2 singles.

The bathrooms have a sink, toilet and shower.

Duvets are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred. Bed linen including duvet covers is not provided.

PLEASE NOTE A CLEANER MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR THE WEEKS OF YOUR STAY so we ask you to leave the caravan as you would expect to find it.

Gas, water and electricity are free but EV CHARGING IS NOT ALLOWED

Just below Pennwells caravan is a large grassed area which is ideal for young children to play safely away from roads
NO DOGS/PETS ALLOWED AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR BOOKING WITH NO REFUND. Sorry it’s the camp rules.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE VANS.

Parking is available at the side of the caravan for one car.

For insurance purposes I need the full names, dates of birth and addresses of all those on the booking. Over occupation is not allowed - sorry. Max 4 people including children/babies

To confirm your booking I ask for a £50 deposit which is non refundable. The balance is due 21 days before the start of the holiday. In case of cancellation the deposit will be retained and offset against a future booking.
