Caravan Description
This is our privately owned, 3 bedroom 'Platinum' grade caravan that sleeps up to 8 people. It has a gated veranda around the front, which enjoys the sun all day making it perfect to sit outside enjoying the view.
The caravan is double glazed with gas central heating throughout and is less than 1 year old. Parking is right outside the caravan and just a short walk away are the site facilities.

The caravan is fully furnished and very well equipped. It comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, plus a double pull-out bed in the lounge area.
There is a spacious double shower and separate toilet.
The living area has a lovely large lounge with a good sized dining area, a 32" flat screen TV with built-in Freeview and a DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs for your use. You will also find an mp3 player for your use with a built-in docking station. A selection of books and games are also available.
Bookings & Conditions
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday, but we can be flexible to suit people's needs (subject to availability).
Check in is from 3pm and check out time is 11am.
We ask for £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your dates. The remainder is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
We also ask for a £75 returnable security bond.

About the Area
Trelawne Manor Holiday Park is set in lovely, spacious and open landscaped grounds with plenty to do both on and off site.On site facilities include a restaurant with takeaway, a well-stocked shop, Foxy children's club, heated indoor and outdoor pools with water flume, a tennis court, crazy golf, an amusement arcade, nightly entertainment in the clubhouse, a launderette, snooker and pool table, giant chess, fishing lake and lovely woodland walks. Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse.
If you wanted to go out exploring, Looe, Polperro, Talland Bay and Mevagissey are all within a very short drive.
