Caravan Description
We have a 3 bedroom caravan with decking in beautiful rural setting of historic Cornwall, between Looe and Polperro.
The caravan sleeps 6/8 people in one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a bed settee in the lounge/diner.
There is an en-suite and a family shower room.
Within the caravan is a colour TV and microwave.
Bookings
Prices start from £250 for a 3/4 day short break. For bookings of two consecutive weeks, we offer a 10% discount. These prices include all outgoings, bed linen and towels.
Please Note: The holiday season starts in March and ends on 31st December; but the facilities close on 31st October. Looe is famous for its New Year celebrations - so don't miss out!
A £50 deposit is required on booking the holiday, with the balance payable six weeks before the start date of your holiday.
A £100 refundable damage/security deposit will also be required, which will be refunded after inspection of the caravan following your departure and everything found to be in order.

Trelawne Manor is a wonderful castle-like mansion; the birthplace of the Cornish national anthem. It is set in extensive grounds, which include spring bulbs beneath the trees; indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a flume; a fishing lake; children's activities; a family chapel; bingo and cabarets in the venue.The nearby historical ports of Looe and Polperro offer sea fishing, boat trips, tea rooms and inns.
The Eden Project and National Trust houses are nearby.
