Caravan Description
We have a wonderful 2015 model Regal Henley, 6 berth caravan for rental at Trelawne Manor Holiday Park in Looe, Cornwall.
The caravan is fully double glazed and has central heating in all the rooms.
There is a large lounge with separate dining and kitchen area, all fully equipped.
In the lounge there is a gas fire, a flat screen TV and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs to watch, along with an Xbox 360 with a selection of games available for your use.
The kitchen consists of a full size gas cooker with separate grill, a microwave, toaster, kettle and a large fridge freezer.
There are two bedrooms, one large double with en-suite WC, and one twin. There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
In addition to the en-suite there is a bathroom with large shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside, there is decking along most of one side of the caravan, wrapping around the front to the patio doors. This decking area is fully enclosed and is perfect for al-fresco dining as it includes a large table and chairs, or for just enjoying a cup of coffee in the sunshine on the bench seat.
An iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer are provided.
Bed linen, gas and electric and park entertainment are included in the price.
Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of £50 will secure your holiday booking. The balance is due 28 days before your holiday commences.
A £50 security deposit is also required, which is payable with the balance and refunded when the caravan has been checked and there is deemed to be no damage/loss.
The caravan is available for full week breaks commencing Saturday, or short stays commencing Friday or Monday.

About the Area
The caravan is in a quiet area of Trelawne Manor Holiday Park, backing onto fields, yet is still near all the facilities.The park has a heated outdoor and indoor pool, a fishing lake, pool tables, amusements, tennis court, football, table tennis and crazy golf. The clubhouse has free Wi-Fi, a bar and the 'Chef’s Corner' takeaway and restaurant. There is regular entertainment, including a kids' club, bingo and cabarets as well as themed weekends throughout the season.
There is also a shop and launderette on site.
Trelawne Manor Holiday Park is located half way between Looe and Polperro; both of which have plenty to offer in the way of pubs and restaurants. Looe has a sandy beach and lots of fishing and crabbing opportunities. Fishing day trips can be booked on the Quay in Looe.
The Eden Project is a must for visitors and is only half an hour away, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan can be found in less than an hour. The Ocean City of Plymouth is just a 40 minute drive away. Fowey, Padstow, Mevagissey and Newquay are all within easy reach too.
