We have a lovely 6 berth caravan for rental at Trelawne Manor Holiday Park. The caravan is fully double glazed and has central heating.

Caravan Description
New for 2027 we have a large Pemberton Marlow, 2019, x6 Berth Caravan, CH and DG with stunning uninterrupted views towards the historic 15th century Trelawne Manor House, park and swimming pools. I have moved from Pitch 187 to No 11 for my previous guests information.
This caravan has a large decking area with plenty of seating, outdoor bar and separate bistro area toward the front. Stand-alone WIFI has also been fitted.
With its premium location, parking adjacent and no steps this is the closest caravan on the Holiday Park to all the amenities, but far enough back to avoid noise and remain secluded. Ideal for everyone from young families, to older couples and with the easy ramp access and no steps it is handicapped accessible.
Outside decking is huge with plenty of seating including a bar area, from the front a bistro set and 3 seater rattan chair, ideal for those warm mornings and evenings.
Inside has a sliding door to the front room, 50” Tv, DVD, large dining and kitchen area, new cooker and large fridge freezer. USB chargers on most sockets, with its own free WIFI.
Bedrooms one large double with ensuite toilet, Tv, wardrobes and dressing table. The twin room has a fitted wardrobe and overhead storage. There is also a pullout double in the front room, and portable cot if required.
All bedding is included as well as the pull out in the front room, caravan is supplied with Iron, ironing board & hairdryer.
Kitchen boasts a new cooker with, extraction fan, large fridge freezer and plenty of utensils, pots pans, kettle and a toaster.
Then caravan is cleaned to a high standard by ourselves every hand over day.
Caravan is strictly no smoking, no pets, Hen or Stag groups please.
Parking, first come first served however there is a loading and unloading bay adjacent to the Caravan.
Entertainment passes can be purchased from us for one payment of £30 which covers upto x6 people for the use of the heated outdoor and indoor Pools, Tennis courts, crazy golf, fishing lake, clubhouse, beer garden, bingo, cabaret and amusement arcade.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 will secure your stay.
The camp is situated in between the beautiful town of Looe and the historic village of Polperro, details of the camp, location and surrounding areas can be found at www.John Fowler Holidays Trelawne Manor . The camp also has a laundry and village shop.
There is a bus stop outside the park, details of timings and Taxi numbers can be found at reception.
Caravan bookings are Sat to Sat, check in after 1pm, check out before 10am. Weekends out of season can be arranged.

About the Area
Trelawne Manor Holiday Park situated around a 15th Century Manor House with beautiful views over Cornwall. It has a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a spiral flume, along with crazy golf, putting, giant chess, fishing lake and large clubhouse with lounge bar Snooker and Pool tables with amusement arcade for the children to play in. It also offers a takeaway/diner/ATM/village shop and finally, entertainment 7 nights a week in the high seasons and selected theme weekends through the year.The holiday park is situated approximately 2 miles away from the two beautiful picture postcard towns of Looe and Polperro. Both have plenty on offer, such as pubs, restaurants and shops. A local Bus service connects the local areas and several taxis firms are readily available.
There are coastal paths to Looe, Talland Bay and Polperro, as well as a safe sandy beach for the children to play on in Looe, with lots of fishing and crabbing. You can also book day trips out to go fishing.
Only a 35 min drive to the amazing Eden Project and 25 mins away from Plymouth there are plenty of things to do if the sun doesn't shine. If you fancy something closer the Monkey Sanctuary on the outskirts of Looe, is well worth a visit where you can see all species of monkey and, great fun for the children.
FREE WIFI can be found in the public areas also around the Manor House and the Park has good 4g connectivity. (Based on Three provider other providers may differ)
