Situated across from the large 15th century Manor House at Trelawne Manor Holiday Park, is our large and modern, 3 bedroom static caravan for hire.

Caravan Description
Situated directly across from the 15th century Manor House at Trelawne we have our large modern 3 bed static for hire,
It features a large wraparound deck area with adjustable lighting, what a place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine whilst looking across to the Manor House. The deck area is accessed via large French doors opening from the spacious lounge. The patio area hosts a table and four chairs.
Within the caravan we have the 50” smart TV with Freeview, it also has Free unlimited download WIFI, great for connecting your fire sticks.
This caravan has two twin bedrooms and a master double bedroom with en-suite, it also has a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge, to create an extra double sleeping area. 8 persons Max.
The caravan is double glazed throughout with Gas central heating in all rooms
The caravan is fully equipped for all your holiday needs, and includes a gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge with freezer compartment and all utensils etc. that you may require.
The main bathroom has a WC, wash basin and a large shower with enclosure.
Our prices include bed linen, pillows, duvets, gas and electric. Towels not provided. Entertainment passes are also not included, however a one off payment of £60 will secure your passes for the week (upto 8 people), passes are obtained from the Parks reception office
Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, check in after 1400 on arrival & check out before 10am. This is to allow time for clean/change over before our next guests arrive.
I try to meet & greet however if I can't a combination code will be sent 24hrs before to access a key box for the caravan keys.

About the Area
Trelawne Manor Holiday Park situated around a 15th Century Manor House boasting beautiful views over Cornwall. On site you will find a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a spiral flume, along with crazy golf, putting, giant chess and fishing lake. There’s also a large clubhouse with lounge bar, snooker and pool tables, plus an amusement arcade for the children to play in. Also on site is a takeaway, diner, ATM, village shop and finally, entertainment 7 nights a week in the high season, with selected theme weekends throughout the year.FREE Wi-Fi can be found in the public areas around the Manor House and the Park has good 3/4g connectivity.
Trelawne Manor Holiday Park is situated approximately 2 miles away from the two beautiful, picture postcard towns of Looe and Polperro. Both have plenty on offer, such as pubs, restaurants and shops. A local bus service connects the local areas, and several taxis firms are readily available.
There are coastal paths to Looe, Talland Bay and Polperro, as well as a safe sandy beach for the children to play on in Looe, with lots of fishing and crabbing. You can also book day trips out to go fishing.
Only a 35 minute drive away is the amazing Eden Project. 30 minutes away is Plymouth, with plenty of things to do if the sun doesn't shine.
If you fancy something closer, the Monkey Sanctuary on the outskirts of Looe, is well worth a visit. Here you can see all species of monkey - it’s great fun for the children.
