Cottage Description
3 bedroom holiday cottage on the family friendly Holiday Park in West Cornwall, with a shared heated indoor swimming pool.
The Park is just 1.5 miles to Hayle Towans, 4 miles to St Ives and 5 miles to Penzance.
Our holiday cottage comprises:
Downstairs
*Open plan living/dining area with a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and arm chair and a dining table seating up to 6 people, along with a 39 inch Smart TV games and books.
*Bathroom with WC, basin and bath. There's also a rail over the bath to hang your wetsuits - being this close to surfing beaches it was a necessity!
*Kitchen with (new for 2022) American style fridge/freezer with water dispenser, double oven and dishwasher
Upstairs
-*Master bedroom with (UK) king size bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and bedside tables, TV/DVD player, plus French doors leading out onto the balcony which has a small table and 2 chairs for that all important morning cuppa!
*Bedroom 2 with double bed and wardrobe
*Bedroom 3 with twin single beds, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, plus a second TV/DVD player (perfect escape room for teenagers)
-*Shower room with shower (good water pressure), WC and basin
Outside
As well as the balcony space, there's a further terrace to the front of the property with a bench seating table, which overlooks a larger, communal lawn area.
We provide free, unlimited Wi-fi at the property and there's also free Wi-fi in the bar, restaurant and clubhouse
