We have a lovely and spacious three bedroom, two storey holiday home for hire, set in the grounds of a Cornish manor house only one mile from the glorious beaches of St. Ives Bay in Cornwall.

The property is fully furnished to a high standard and offers a large open plan lounge, diner and kitchen on the ground floor, along with a twin bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has a halogen hob and oven, microwave and fridge freezer.

On the first floor is the main double bedroom with TV, large shower room and toilet, along with a large twin bedroom.

Included for your convenience is a high chair, cleaning appliances, wind break, patio table and chairs, 32 inch TV.

As this property is also our holiday home we like to think the additional touches and presentation provide a higher than average standard of accommodation for you to enjoy your holiday.

Location

Available on Tolroy Manor Holiday Village is a restaurant, bars, games room, indoor infants' play area, entertainment, Foxy kids' club, indoor heated pool and sauna, tennis court, shop and launderette.

Nearby is a wildlife park, beaches, train station, Hayle town centre with a good selection of shops and bars, excellent go kart track, golf courses and golf driving range.

Our holiday home is within a 2 minute drive of Hayle beach and surf school and 15 minutes from either St. Ives harbour town or St. Michael's Mount on the south coast.
