Caravan Description
Our central heated and double glazed, Willerby Winchester (38’x 12’) caravan to let is located in a quiet corner of Parkdean’s St Minver Holiday Park, near Rock in Cornwall.
In addition to the central heating there is an attractive electric fire in the lounge, along with comfortable chairs and sofa, a TV and a DVD player.
The lounge is separated from the dining area and well equipped kitchen, which includes a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, cupboards and dressing table, together with an en-suite WC with wash basin. The second bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, a WC and wash basin.
Outside we have spacious decking on three sides, overlooking open countryside. It comes complete with outdoor table and chairs, from which you can relax and enjoy the sunsets (hopefully!).
Bed linen is provided, beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
Local maps and guides are also provided.
Gas and electricity is included.
There is parking for two cars beside the caravan.
We are fully up to date with all required licences and tests for gas, electricity and detectors, and have full insurance.
Bookings & Conditions
Sorry, but pets are not allowed.
We have a strict no smoking policy.
Bookings are weekly from Friday to Friday outside peak times and from Saturday to Saturday during school summer holidays.
Arrival time is from 3pm and check out by 10am.
The key is located in a convenient key safe.
We do ask for a £60 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, by cheque or bank transfer. Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

There are glorious beaches within easy reach, including Rock, Polzeath and Daymar Bay, with The Eden Project less than an hour away.
The Manor House offers an entertainment venue, restaurant, bar and games rooms with nightly entertainment and childrens' activities. There is also a heated indoor swimming pool, launderette and well-stocked shop.
Outside there is a childrens' play area, crazy golf, ball playing area, nature trail and woodland walk.
