Caravan Description

Our beautiful family caravan in Rock, Cornwall is available for hire when not in use by us, offering guests a comfortable and welcoming base for a Cornish coastal holiday. It is set within the attractive, wooded grounds of an old Manor House at St Minver Holiday Park, providing a peaceful setting while still being close to fantastic local beaches and attractions.

This holiday caravan in North Cornwall is perfectly positioned for exploring many of the region’s most popular beaches, towns and villages, as well as parts of North Devon. Whether you're planning beach days, coastal walks or sightseeing adventures, it makes an ideal base for a self-catering family break.

Accommodation

The caravan sleeps up to 8 guests and includes:

1 double bedroom

2 twin bedrooms (beds can be pushed together to create doubles if required)

A fold-out bed in the lounge

It benefits from full central heating throughout, making it suitable for holidays all season. There is a shower room with a separate toilet for added convenience, and the comfortable lounge area also features an electric fire for cosy evenings.

The open-plan lounge and dining area creates a sociable, family-friendly space, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a relaxing self-catering stay.

Outdoor Space & Location

Our caravan is located in a quiet hedgerow setting within St Minver Holiday Park, offering a more private and peaceful position on the park. There is private parking for two cars adjacent to the caravan.

A spacious, purpose-built decking area with patio furniture provides the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy outdoor dining or soak up the sunshine after a day at the beach.


Important Information

Please note:

2 double quilts and 4 single quilts are provided, along with pillows.

Bed linen (quilt covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases) and towels are not provided, so guests will need to bring their own.

This is a strictly non-smoking caravan.

The photographs shown are intended to provide a clear overview of the caravan and its surroundings.

Terms & Conditions

BBQ's are not allowed on site.
Scooters / Motor Bikes are permitted but escooters are banned by the site.
The charging of electric or hybrid vehicles using the caravan electrical source is NOT ALLOWED on park.

Payment conditions – Deposits and payments.
A deposit of £75 per week to be paid within 14 days of making a provisional booking or it may be canceled.
The balance is to be paid no later than six weeks before the start of the holiday.
Accommodation will be available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival till 10:00am on the day of departure.
If requested the hirer shall pay £75 bond at the time of booking, this bond is fully refundable at the end of the hire period or in the event of cancellation once the hirer confirms cancellation in writing.
A cleaning fee of £60 will be added to each booking.
