Amy's Haven is our unique home away from home at the River Valley Country Park in Cornwall. This remodelled, self-catering, pet friendly accommodation is ideal for up to 3 guests and up to 2 dogs - we offer flexible arrival and departure dates.

For hire at the River Valley Country Park in Cornwall, Amy’s Haven is our special place, for up to 3 guests and up to 2 dogs for free. More information can be found on our website (link above).

Two bedrooms:

Amy's Haven consists of two converted bedrooms; an open-plan master bedroom with a king-size bed and single bedroom with a decent single bed.

Linen and towels can be booked for £12 per person (optional).


Two bathrooms:

Our cosy home offers two bathrooms; a family bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash basin, and the second bathroom has a toilet and hand basin.


Living area:

The open-plan living area includes a large sofa area, an electric fireplace, a smart TV and a proper dining area next to our well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you may need for your self-catering holiday, including a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cooker and oven.

Central heating, water, gas and Wi-Fi (average 50 mbps) are included in the rental price.


Outdoor area:

The entrance door connects the spacious living area with the well euquipped and fenced, wooden deck which offers an outdoor seating area, a BBQ and a parasol.

A parking space for one car is right next to the caravan.

There is an EV charger on the main car park. Please do NOT charge your EV from the caravan.

Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment Conditions

Flexible arrival and departure dates throughout the year.

5% discount for 7-9 nights
10% discount for 10-20 nights
20% discount for 21-28 nights

Each booking requires a celaning fee of £65 and a refundable breakage deposit of £100 (both not included in the shown price on this platform). This deposit will be refunded after departure as soon as the cleaner informs us that the accommodation has been left in good condition.

Linen and towels can be booked for £12 per person or you can bring your own, to save some money.

25% of the total booking costs need to be paid within 3 days of booking date, the balance is due 8 weeks of arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the letting period, the total cost are due within 3 days but always before arrival.
