Sleepy Willow is our beautiful, two bedroom, dog friendly, self-catering holiday home, that is for hire at River Valley Country Park in Cornwall. We offer flexible arrival and departure dates for up to 4 guests and up to 2 dogs for free.

Two bedrooms:

Sleepy Willow consists of two bedrooms - a master bedroom with a double bed with the benefit of an en-suite and a twin bedroom with two 6ft beds.

Linen & towels can be booked for £12 per person (optional).


Two bathrooms:

We have the added bonus of having two bathrooms – Family bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin, and the en-suite in the master bedroom.


Living area:

We have an open plan living space including the lounge, well equipped kitchen and dining area.

The spacious living room is complete with a gas fireplace, 32” Smart TV, free Wi-Fi (average 50mbps) and two patio doors that lead out on to the wraparound decking area.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need for your self-catering holiday, including a cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a large fridge/freezer.

Central heating, water and gas are included within the rental price.


Outdoor area:

Outside we have a fenced, wooden decking with outdoor seating and a BBQ.

There is a car park space for one car in front of the caravan.

There is an EV charger on the main car park, please do NOT charge your EV from the caravan.

Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment Conditions

Flexible arrival and departure dates throughout the year.

5% discount for 7-9 nights
10% discount for 10-20 nights
20% discount for 21-28 nights

Each booking requires a celaning fee of £65 and a refundable breakage deposit of £100 (both not included in the shown price on this platform). This deposit will be refunded after departure as soon as the cleaner informs us that the accommodation has been left in good condition.

Linen and towels can be booked for £12 per person or you can bring your own, to save some money.

25% of the total booking costs need to be paid within 3 days of booking date, the balance is due 8 weeks of arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the letting period, the total cost are due within 3 days but always before arrival.
