Caravan Description

Our very well-equipped static caravan on Perran Sands Holiday Park, is a real home from home for families coming on holiday to Perranporth in Cornwall.

It has lots of little extra touches to make your stay as memorable as possible.

Out of the high season we are flexible with check-in/out days and can offer shorter breaks - please enquire. Cornwall is a stunning county and has so much to offer not only during the high season but is beautiful too during the quieter months.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), a large shower room with toilet and basin, as well as a separate toilet with basin. Each bedroom comes with ample space to hang your clothes and put things away for your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for your holiday, including an Air Fryer, gas oven/grill/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a good selection of pans if you wish to cook, along with serving dishes and crockery. A good selection of glasses and plastic tableware for alfresco dining are also provided. We even provide a charcoal BBQ with cooking utensils and an outdoor table with bench seating.

The living area is open plan with a large, comfy corner sofa, side tables and a large 43" Smart TV and DVD player. There are a few DVDs for children, as well as some board games and cards. A table with plenty of seating can be found in the kitchen area.

Linen and towels are provided and beds are made up for your arrival.

Our holiday caravan on Perran Sands is perfect for couples and families only.

We do not advertise as dog friendly, but may consider one, well-behaved dog at an additional cost.

We require a £150 deposit to secure your dates & a £150 fully refundable security deposit (refunded after cleaning & inventory).

If you wish to purchase Play Passes for your holiday, you will now be able to do this online before arrival.
Swimming sessions can be booked on-line before arrival.
If you are interested in the Play Pass prices, please ask - they are not provided.

Situated on Haven’s Perran Sands Holiday Park, our caravan is within easy walking distance of Perranporth town where you will find lots of small shops, bars/restaurants, butchers, bakers, pasty and ice cream shops, along with 2 well-stocked Co-ops for all your grocery needs.

There is also a well-stocked shop on the holiday park, which is about a 5 minute walk from our caravan. This is also where all the entertainment is, including a large indoor swimming pool, an outdoor heated pool (open, weather permitting, in the high season), an amusement arcade and entertainment venue. There are also various restaurants and take-away food outlets, bike hire, crazy golf etc.

The famous beach of Perranporth is a few minutes’ walk away, boasting 3 miles of beautiful golden sand - at low tide you can walk the whole beach. Perranporth is well known for its surfing and body-boarding and there are plenty of places to get lessons and hire all the equipment you need. The beach below the holiday park is known as Perran Sands and is easily accessible from the caravan. During high season there is a shop on the beach, which sells buckets and spades, boogie boards, ice lollies etc. Both the main beach and Perran Sands have Lifeguards during the holiday season. The far end of the beach is Penhale Sands and is not patrolled by Lifeguards.

Whilst holidaying in our caravan at Perran Sands, you are well situated for amazing coastal walks to St Agnes and beyond, and in the other direction to Holywell Bay and Newquay.

The City of Truro is a six mile drive away, as is the famous surfing town of Newquay.

The local area has lots to offer families, with a local riding school close by offering beautiful treks across the beach.
