Caravan Description

Welcome to ‘Sea Break’, our fully equipped, double glazed, central heated 3 bedroom caravan situated within Haven’s holiday park at Perran Sands, Perranporth (Entertainment and swimming pool passes are not included in the price of your holiday rental. However, these can be purchased separately at the main complex)

Our beautiful caravan is situated in a quiet area of the park, yet is within just a few minutes’ walk of Perranporth beach and the main complex.

We are raising our two children here in stunning Cornwall and enjoy everything that Cornwall has to offer: surfing, open water swimming, walking along the beaches, coastal footpaths and woodlands. We are lucky to have all of this and much more on our doorstep and we look forward to sharing this amazing place with all of our guests.


The caravan comprises:

FREE WIFI INCLUDED
Sea Break now includes free wifi, however please note, this is via mobile data (mifi) and is dependable on signal strength which can be variable and unreliable.

Kitchen
Well-equipped and containing everything you could need, including: oven, grill and 4 hob burner; fridge with freezer compartment; microwave, kettle and toaster; plus a good selection of cookware, glassware, utensils and cutlery.

Lounge/Diner
Comfortable and comprising of a corner sofa; dining table for 6 people; plus a wall-mounted, 32" TV with built-in DVD player and selection of DVDs.

Master Bedroom & En-Suite
Double bed and storage, plus an en-suite toilet with wash basin.

Two Twin Bedrooms
Each room has two single beds and storage.

Family Bathroom
Containing a shower with extractor fan, WC and wash basin.

Outside
Private parking is available. There is also a picnic bench to sit out and enjoy the sun - hopefully the sun will be shining for you, but if not, the caravan is double glazed throughout with central ensuring you remain warm and toastie.

A high chair is included. We also provide duvets, pillows, bed protectors, linens and tea towels for your convenience.

A "Pack n Play style travel cot" may be available where capacity allows in the caravan. This must be pre-arranged at least 7 days in advance of arrival.

A children's bed guard may be available - subject to availability. This must be pre-arranged at least 7 days in advance of arrival.

We are a pet friendly caravan. Perranporth beach is a dog friendly beach, which allows dogs all year round.

Strictly NO smoking and NO groups allowed.


Location

Haven’s Perran Sands Holiday Park is a fantastic site that offers lots of activities for all the family including: mini golf; indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools with a lazy river and flume; amusement arcade; entertainment; restaurants; take-away food places, including Papa John's Pizza (who deliver to the caravan) and funky fish restaurant; a well-stocked convenience shop; bars with BT and Sky Sports; multi-sports court, play areas, launderette and lots, lots more. Wi-Fi available in certain areas

Entertainment and swimming pool passes are not included in the price of your holiday rental. However, these can be purchased separately at the main complex, subject to availability. Access to the swimming pool and activities may be limited in busy periods, especially peak weeks.

Dogs
well behaved dogs are welcome at Sea Break and are charged at £20 per stay.
