Caravan Description

Serenity is our lovely family owned silver rated caravan located on the very popular Haven Perran Sands Holiday Park in Perranporth. Serenity is sited within a quiet cul-de-sac on Chy-an-Mor, we are one of six caravans. We have a built in veranda with table and chairs to watch those amazing sunsets over the sea.

We are a short stroll from the entertainment complex and a 2min walk to the dunes for some stunning coastal walks.

Lounge area:
We have a large sofa (converts to a small double bed - linen not supplied for this) with a separate chair, there is also a coffee table which also had two stools enclosed. There is a free standing dining table and chairs, toys, games & books which is great for the children on those raining days. There is a 40" flat screen TV and we also provide free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen area:
The kitchen area is suitably equipped it has a fridge / freezer, 5 burner gas hob, oven and grill, microwave, kettle, 4 slice toaster, Tassimo coffee machine(pods not provided), dishwasher (tablets not provided) and plenty of storage space. We also have a iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

Family Bathroom area:
The bathroom contains toilet, hand basin and a large shower, and also a large cupboard with a mirror above the basin.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, which has pillows and duvets (linen supplied FOC but not the sofa bed in the lounge). A full size wardrobe, drawers and cupboards with ample coat hangers, a dressing table with build in hairdryer, drawers, mirror and a stool, also a small tv with built in dvd player. There is also a full En-suite area within the master bedroom which has a full size shower, toilet, sink, vanity mirror with storage too.

Twin Bedroom:
There are two twin beds which can be turned into double beds if needed. There are pillows and duvets (linen supplied FOC) there is a wardrobe with ample coat hangers, and plenty of storage.

Outside:
We have a table & chairs on the veranda plus an additional bench to the side of the caravan. There is parking available for upto 2 small cars.

BOOKING INFO

£50 deposit to secure your booking payable within 24hrs.
£150 breakage deposit to be paid with the balance of the holiday, this will be returned within 72hrs after checkout if no breakage / damage occur.
Balance (including breakage deposit) to be paid one month before the arrival date.
£50 additional payment if bringing pets.

We do offer a payment plan if required, please ask upon booking.

Please note: Prices do not include any Haven passes, theses are unfortunately sold separately and need to be purchased directly through Haven.
