Caravan Description
Our holiday home to let on Perran Sands Holiday Park is fully equipped for the colder nights and benefits from double glazing and central heating. It also offers all the amenities you may need to enjoy a relaxing holiday here in Perranporth, Cornwall.
The holiday home is comprised of:
Lounge & Dining Room
This open plan layout allows plenty of natural light and spaciousness. It features a 42" TV and large L-shaped seating arrangement, which provides plenty of seating room for all guests. In addition, a seating arrangement around the table offers plenty of room for everyone at mealtimes.
Kitchen
The kitchen is sure to meet all your holiday cooking needs as it includes an oven/hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave etc.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and storage. The two further bedrooms each have two single beds and storage.
Bathrooms
Within the family bathroom you will find a large shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and storage for your hygiene requirements. In addition, we have a separate toilet with hand basin.
Parking is available directly adjacent to the caravan.
We are ideally situated on Perran Sands Holiday Park, in the quiet area of Kernow View, which is within walking distance of the park's facilities.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but please take your own bed linen, towels, tea towels and dish cloths.
Dogs may be accepted, but please check with us first.
A deposit will be required to secure your dates. Please contact us for further details.
An additional £50 damages bond will also be required on top of the total holiday price. This will be returned upon successful inspection of caravan as long as everything is found in good order.

Perran Sands Holiday Park is a Haven site, so there is plenty to do for all the family. On site facilities include pubs, an arcade, club, food places, crazy golf and a swimming pool. There's a hire shop on site too, that will provide you with anything you may have forgotten.
There is also a convenience store with a gift shop, where you can buy tokens to use the launderette.
**Please Note - some of the above facilities will require the purchase of a pass. Passes are not included in our rental price, but can be purchased on site.
The village of Perranporth can be reached by walking along the stunning beach or cliff top walk.
