Caravan Description
If you appreciate quality accommodation, comfort and uninterrupted sea views then look no further.
We are unable to take advantage of our lovely Willerby Meridian holiday home as much as we would have liked so we are offering it for rental for a few selective weeks a year.
Situated in the peaceful area of Chy an Mor with incredible sea views as far as St Ives.
When you walk in to the caravan, just step through the double patio doors on to the balcony and relax and unwind. Rattan patio furniture and cushions are supplied, so just sit and enjoy those amazing views and spectacular sunsets. Check out our photos which have been taken directly from our decking.
We have replaced the standard caravan sofa and chairs for a three seater sofa and armchair - both reclining for ultimate comfort and relaxation. There is a combination TV/DVD, board games and snuggle blankets.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV/DVD player and en-suite shower room with bath.
The second bedroom has twin single beds
The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
The kitchen/diner has a gas oven and hob, integral microwave, toaster, separate fridge and freezer. There is also a dining table and comfortable seating for four.
The caravan benefits from full double glazing and central heating throughout.
Duvets, pillows and mattress and pillow protectors are provided but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LINEN for a King Size and Two Singles PLUS TOWELS.
Buckets and spades and body boards available for your use.

Bookings & Terms
Changeover on Saturdays. Check in is by 2 pm. Check out by10 am.
£100 per week secuirty bond is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. which is returned via bank credit transfer within 24 hours of your departure subject to no damage policy.
Cancellation policy. If you cancel your holiday 70 days or more before your holiday you will receive a full refund less any deposit paid.
Sorry, but no pets, and absolutely no smoking indoors please.

About the Area
Despite being in a very peaceful location, all the on site facilities are just a 200 yard stroll.Passes to the club (Fun Works) and pool are not included but are available to purchase at reception. You can purchase passes for less than a week as you may now want to use the facilities all week but you can decided when you arrive.
As this is a Haven holiday park, you will find all the facilites you would expect including swimming pool, entertainment complex, restaurants and takeaways and shop.
Perranporth town is just a 20 minute walk down the coast path or along the beach. Remember walking "down" means walking "up" on the way back so please be mindful of your best route on the journey back.
You can be on the beach in five minutes, just walk from the caravan and join the purpose made concrete path and follow it down to the golden sands. Just 15 minutes from the caravan and you can be sitting at the famous Watering Hole on the beach. Great food and drink and of course, those amazing views..
Perranporth is a fantastic beach for surfing and body boarding and wet suit hire etcetera is all available.
If you are looking for golf - the Perranporth golf club is right next to the site.
A full information package with includes discounts to many of the major tourist attractions, will be provided for you in the caravan
