Caravan Description
Welcome to my holiday home at Perran Sands Holiday Park. It is situated within a 2 minute walk of stunning sea views and a coastal path that will take you down to a wonderful, sandy beach. It is also within a 5 minute walk of all the site's amenities.
The caravan is a 2011 Willerby Salisbury (38x12) that has three bedrooms; one double with en-suite and two twin rooms. The lounge's ample seating area has a double pull-out bed (if needed), along with a 32" combi TV/DVD and a mains gas fire.
The kitchen has a considerable amount of storage space is equipped with a gas cooker, hob, cooker hood, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and a full set of utensils, cutlery and crockery.
There is a walk-in shower in the bathroom, along with a sink and toilet. There is also a second, separate toilet with sink.
The caravan has a fitted smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector that are professionally tested each year.
Pillows and duvets are provided, but please note that bed linen and towels are not supplied, although these can be hired from the on-site shop if you don't wish to bring with you.
Bookings & Conditions
As this site is family friendly there are site rules, so unfortunately bookings cannot be accepted from same sex parties, stag or hen parties, or anyone under the age of 21.
Any booking taken does not include any type of holiday insurance. If this is required, please arrange separately.
The caravan is available to rent from March until October.
A 10% non-refundable deposit (per week) is required at the time of booking, with the balance to paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

About the Area
Perren Sands is a Haven site, so there is an emphasis on family fun, with daily activities for kids and adults alike.Situated on site there is a bar, Spar convenience store, launderette, fish and chip shop, Papa John's pizza that deliver, a cashpoint with free withdrawals, Surf Shack, children's entertainment areas, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools with flume, crazy golf, a gym, roller disco, football and basketball court, children's clubs and live entertainment. There are also organized daily activities that kids and adults can take part in as well as evening entertainment in the main show area.
Passes are required for certain on-site facilities. These are not included in our rental cost, but can be purchased from reception upon your arrival.
There is a 3 mile golden beach within walking distance; ideal for swimming, surfing, sea kayaking, body boarding or just soaking up the sun
Perranporth is only a 15 minute walk away. Newquay, Port Isaac (the home of Doc Martin) and the Eden Project are all within driving distance.
There is an 18 hole golf course next to the site or you can visit the Minack Amphitheatre for a show.
There are numerous other places to visit in the area, such as Healey's Cider Farm, Flambards Theme Park, Seal Sanctuary, Tintagel (King Arthur's Castle), Padstow that has one of Rick Stein Restaurant, Penzance, Cornish Gold and Land's End.
