Caravan Description
DUE TO THE 2020 COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THE AMOUNT OF CLEANING EFFORT AND THE ATTENTION TO CLEANLINESS NECESSARY FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND, WE WILL NEED TO INSIST ON HANDOVERS BEING NO EARLIER THAN 14:00HRS AND TAKEOVERS NO LATER THAN 10:00HRS
Caravan 504 is located on Perran Sands Haven Holiday Park, approximately 1.5 miles north east of Perranporth and right on the Cornish north coast. It is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac within the sand dunes, yet only a five minute walk from the Park's amenities.
The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for playing, walking and exploring. There are steep but easy footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as the South West Coastal Footpath to Perranporth beach, village or Holywell Bay and beyond. There is also a public bus service from the park to Perranporth and surrounding areas.
The caravan is a double glazed and insulated Deluxe 2014 Willerby Salsa Eco (37' x 12'), situated in a small 6 caravan cul-de-sac with sand dunes at the back and on one side, so is very quiet and sheltered with no passing traffic.
The 2 bedrooms comprise 1 double (with TV/DVD combo) and 1 twin (which can be put together to make a double), plus a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge.
There are 2 bathrooms; one with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink, and an en-suite to the double bedroom, with sink and WC.
The spacious lounge has a 32" TV and Blu-Ray DVD player, a dining table with stools and bench seating.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster and is fully equipped with crockery and kitchen utensils.
There is a gas fire in the living area, warm air heaters in the bedrooms and panel heaters in the shower room and en-suite.
Outside we have a private picnic table and outdoor seating.
There is parking for two cars at the side of the caravan and further parking available among the site car parks.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Travel cot available on request but not bedding.
Free Wi-Fi is available within the caravan park's amenities.
Bookings & Conditions
No smoking.
Positively, No pets due to family allergies.
Haven do NOT accept single sex parties (e.g. hen/stag) due to it being a family resort.
Bookings could be available from mid-March to the end of October on request.
To avoid disappointment please book early as this caravan site is very popular!

Haven's Perran Sands Holiday Park has the following facilities: A convenience store; Amusements arcade; Crazy golf; Indoor and outdoor swimming pools; Entertainment lounge; 2 restaurants; Papa John's pizza takeaway service; Kids' clubs; Bars and a Launderette.Please note that some of the facilities do require you to purchase a pass from reception at the caravan - this is not included in our rental fee.
Next to the holiday park is a challenging links golf course, which is situated among the dunes on the cliff top overlooking Perranporth and the sea.
Perran Sands is only a short drive from the popular resort of Newquay and the cathedral city of Truro. A 30 minute drive can also take you to the harbour villages of St Ives and Padstow. The ever popular Eden Project is also within close proximity.
