Caravan Description

Welcome to Dunes View caravan for hire; a privately owned, luxury caravan situated in a small cul-de-sac with other privately owned caravans on Haven's popular Perran Sands Holiday Park.

With its beautiful views overlooking the sand Dunes, and short distance from the site facilities, our caravan makes a lovely retreat for anyone wanting to get away from it all.

The caravan is double glazed and alarmed and access is by ramped gated decking.

The caravan has a combi boiler providing hot water as required, and for visitors during spring/autumn there is central heating available in all rooms for maximum comfort. All gas and electric is piped direct to the caravan, so no meters or gas bottles.

Available to rent, this luxury three bedroom caravan can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The sleeping accommodation consists of:

One double bedroom with fitted, mirrored wardrobes with drawers, over-bed storage and two fitted bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table with drawer and a shaver socket .Wall mounted freeview TV. A hairdryer is also provided.

Two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds with over-bed storage and a single wardrobe with drawers. There is also a bedguard provided if needed.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors are provided, along with coat hangers in all wardrobes.

The living accommodation comprises of:

Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, grill, four burner gas hob with electric ignition along with a stainless steel cooker hood with extractor fan, a microwave ,full size fridge freezer, toaster and kettle, sandwich maker, coffee machine plus plenty of cutlery, kitchen utensils and crockery as well as pots, pans and oven dishes. Good selection of glasses and plastic tableware. An ironing board, iron sewing kit and hoover are also provided.We also provide tea, coffee and sugar, there is a Tassimo coffee machine (please bring your own pods).

Open plan lounge/diner with, a Smart Freeview TV and DVD player, separate CD player with bluetooth, a modern electric flame effect fire and nest of tables. There's also books to read, games to play and films to watch, along with colouring books and crayons.

There are buckets and spades, and beach games to borrow for your enjoyment.

From the lounge there is access by sliding doors to the fully enclosed ramped decking, with table and chairs and secure gate.

The bathroom has a toilet, basin with storage under, a mirrored bathroom cabinet, first aid kit and large power shower. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin. A bath mat is provided.

Parking is available on a tarmac area for two cars.

We have a large flat grassy area behind the caravan. Perfect for playing games, barbecues and sun worshipping.

Please Note: Beds are freshly made up for your arrival, included in the price.

For your safety and peace of mind the caravan is fully alarmed, has smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher.

Please note: STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the caravan or decking.

Prices are per week. Discounts available for two week stays.

Owners Booking Terms

Please supply a full list of name and ages when booking. Upon booking a non refundable deposit of £100 per week booked is required to secure your chosen date ,this will be deducted from the total cost of your stay. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before your stay. Failure to do so, will result in loss of deposit and holiday dates. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made at time of booking.

We also require a £100 separate refundable deposit with the final payment ,this is to cover any damage,breakages or loss of items/ keys during your stay. Providing the caravan is left clean and tidy as found and there is nothing damaged or missing, or the need for an excessive clean then within 14 days from your departure the £100 will be refunded back to you once the caravan has been inspected.

All payments to be made by bank transfer .

You may check in from 4pm on day of arrival and checkout on departure day by 11am.

We love and look after our caravan and enjoy spending time on this 5 star site, we are sure our guests will too.

Please note play passes are not included in the rental price. You are now able to purchase online before arrival if needed or, at Haven reception. Passes are needed for the entertainment complex, including the indoor and outdoor pool. Not all areas require this, such as the food court, arcade and bar.

You can access free WIFI in complex areas.

Please note Haven do not allow groups under age 21 or single sex groups.
We do not advertise as dog friendly, but may consider one well behaved dog at an additional cost.
