Caravan Description

Welcome to Dunes View Caravan Hire! A privately owned, luxury caravan situated in a small cul-de-sac with other privately owned caravans on Haven's popular Perran Sands Holiday Park. With its beautiful views and distance from the site facilities, it makes a lovely retreat for anyone wanting to get away. Available to rent, this luxury three-bedroom caravan can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

Our caravan has a combi boiler providing hot water, and central heating for visitors during spring/autumn in all rooms for maximum comfort. Our caravan is also double glazed, fully alarmed, and is accessed by ramped gated decking.

Living accommodation comprises of:
• Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, grill and hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, and sandwich maker. There is a Tassimo coffee machine (please bring your own pods),
plenty of cutlery, utensils, crockery, glasses, pots and pans, and oven dishes. An iron, ironing board, and sewing kit are also provided.
• An open plan lounge diner with Freeview television, DVD player, CD player, electric fire and nest of tables. There are also books to read, games to play and films to watch along with colouring books and crayons. There is access out onto the fully enclosed sun deck which has wonderful views across the dunes.
• Bathroom with a large power shower, toilet, basin with storage and a mirrored bathroom cabinet. First Aid kit is also provided.
• Separate bathroom with toilet and basin.

Sleeping accommodation comprises of:
• One double bedroom with fitted mirrored wardrobes with drawers, over bed storage, dressing table with drawer, shaver socket and wall mounted TV. A hairdryer is also provided.
• Two twin bedrooms each with two single beds with over bed storage and wardrobe with drawers. A hairdryer is also provided in each bedroom.

•Park has Haven WIFI.

•Key safe, no queuing to check in.

Parking is available on a tarmac area for two cars. We have a large flat grassy area behind the caravan. Perfect for playing games, barbecues and sun bathing.

PLEASE NOTE -
• Beds are freshly made up for your arrival, included in the price.
• Smoking and vaping is NOT permitted in our holiday home.
• Entertainment passes are NOT included in the rental price. These can be purchased from reception or online. Entertainment passes are needed for the entertainment complex, including the swimming pool.
• Haven does not allow groups under age 21 or single sex groups. We do not advertise as dog friendly, but may consider one well behaved dog at an additional cost.

Booking terms and conditions:
• Prices are per week, Saturday to Saturday only. Discounts available for two week stays.
• Please supply a full list of names and ages when booking.
• Upon booking, a non refundable deposit of £100 per week booked is required to secure your chosen date. This will be deducted from the total cost of your stay. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before your stay. Failure to do so, this will result in loss of deposit and holiday dates. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made at time of booking.
• We also require a £100 separate refundable deposit with the final payment, this is to cover any damages, breakages or loss of items/ keys during your stay. Providing the caravan is left clean and tidy as found, nothing damaged or missing, or the need for an excessive clean then within 14 days from your departure, the £100 will be refunded back to you once the caravan has been inspected.
• All payments are to be made by bank transfer.
• You may check in from 4pm on day of arrival and checkout on departure day by 11am.
