For your peace of mind this owner has been Verified. To help you book with confidence on our website, every owner is required to produce proof of ownership documentation before their advertising request is accepted. This then allows them the ‘Verified’ status. The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
Our beautiful home-from-home by the sea is ideal for surfers, walkers and beach fans, with miles of golden sandy beaches, sand dunes and coast paths for exploring!

Situated at a quiet end of the park, you will enjoy one of the most enviable sea views, and with patio doors leading onto the fully gated decking area, you will enjoy far reaching views and spectacular sunsets. Stargazers won’t be disappointed on clear nights.
Our home is accessible via a gentle sloped decking ramp, so is wheelchair and buggy friendly, plus the entire decking is gated making it ideal to stop little ones wandering off.
Our double glazed and centrally heated home provides a well equipped kitchen, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and gas range cooker, along with crockery and cutlery etc.
There are two bedrooms; one king size bedroom with en-suite (toilet and basin), dressing table and plenty of storage, together with one twin bedroom (the beds can be pushed together to make a double if you prefer) with overhead and wardrobe storage. There is also the extra option of a sofa bed in the lounge for cosy nights snuggled in front of the TV.
A separate room with large shower cubicle, toilet and basin is off the hallway.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but we ask that you please bring your own linen (duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases, towels and tea towels). An airer, iron and ironing board are provided for use too.
We only take weekly/fortnightly bookings (Saturday to Saturday) during peak times, but can accommodate weekend and mid-week breaks outside of these times. Please contact us for availability.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our home. Please also note that due to park rules we are unable to accept bookings for groups of same-sex parties.
A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking (with the remainder payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday).
A £200 Good Housekeeping and Key Bond will also be required, refundable within 14 days of the end of your holiday if you leave our home as you find it.
