Caravan Description
Welcome to our 2016 model, double glazed and central heated, 3 bedroom caravan "Surf Shack" ....the perfect accommodation for your Cornwall holiday.
It comes complete with fully equipped kitchen, including a gas hob and oven, fridge with box freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and all crockery, pots and pans.
The main bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet, and there is also an additional toilet with basin.
The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms (master bedroom has TV and hairdryer), 1 double and 2 twin, plus a sofa bed in the spacious living area.
The spacious living room includes a dining table, gas fire, with bluetooth speakers, 32 inch TV and DVD player, along with a few DVDs and children's games.
Duvets and pillows are provided only, so we ask that you bring your own bed linen and towels. Alternatively, it is possible to hire from the site at an additional cost.
Bookings & Conditions
Please note that due to park rules and regulations we do not accept bookings from single sex groups, hen/stag parties or under 21 groups.
Passes for Park facilities are not included in our prices. These must be purchased direct from the holiday park - without passes on site facilities cannot be used.
When booking we require a non refundable deposit and the balance due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

About the Area
Our caravan is located in Cribber Cove of Haven's Perran Sands Holiday Park, just minutes away from the beautiful village of Perranporth. The site facilities are a mere 2 minute walk away.Perran Sands is set within acres of beautiful sand dunes, with direct access to the private beach (lifeguards at peak times) and offers lots of walks and little trails to explore.
The site offers both indoor and outdoor heated pools with a flume, along with a supermarket, restaurants, pizza takeaway and fish & chip shop. There's also evening entertainment, arcades, play parks, crazy golf and full daytime entertainment schedules. You could also learn to surf, do archery, netball and football; there's something for everyone.
Children's clubs are also available; information can be obtained direct from Haven.
You will need the Fun Passes to use the facilities listed above.
