Caravan Description
This is our luxury caravan for holiday lets on Perran Sands Holiday Park.
Please read all the details so you know exactly the amount I am offering
The caravan is a luxury, 3 bedroom caravan that is centrally heated and double glazed with patio doors leading to a decked area with rattan patio set. piped gas ( not bottled) so no chance of running out, gas and electric is included in the price,
It also benefits from an en-suite containing a hand basin and toilet as well as a separate shower room which has a large shower ,hand basin and toilet. I provide bath mats for your comfort.
In the spacious lounge there is a 3 and 2 seater sofa, The dining table that seats 6 people, gas fire, a full size flat screen colour TV, Freeview, stereo system and DVD player, with assorted DVDs for both young and old provided for your enjoyment. table lamp for cosy evenings, We also provide board games, books, bats and balls, buckets and spades, and body boards.
There is a flat screen tv in the master bedroom.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery, kettle, tin opener, iron and more. there is a fridge/freezer. I have equipped the kitchen with everything I can possibly think of to make it a home from home, even down to a proper butter knife, butter dish etc.
The bedrooms have memory foam on top of mattress for your comfort, extra blanket if needed,
I provide, duvets and pillows,
also provided is a travel cot or pop up cot for a small baby, bed guards for toddlers, highchair and baby bouncer all free of charge.
Our caravan is cleaned for your arrival by myself, so you can be sure everything is done to make your arrival on holiday a happy one.
Outside the caravan is a play area with picnic Table. parking on the tarmac right next to the caravan, on the decking is rattan 2 seater seat and 2 chairs with coffee table, potted plants and little lights so you can sit outside at night and enjoy the beautiful sunsets we have here,
the caravan is far enough away from the noisy club and facilities so as not to disturb you at night, but close enough to walk to
We require A £100 security deposit when booking, this is refunded within a week of you leaving the caravan with no damage and in a tidy condition. no same sex groups it is not allowed on this park.

About the Area
The site is situated in 500 acres of sand dunes that extend down to the 3 mile sandy beach at Perranporth, and which is ideal for surfing & hang gliding, in fact many types of water sports.Whether you are looking for a fun filled family holiday or a quiet and relaxed one, this park would be ideal. For an away from it all break in the peace and tranquillity of a typical Cornish village, Perran Sands is ideal for every situation. The comprehensive facilities and full daytime and evening programmes are more than adequate to keep all the family occupied - both young and old!
There is even a train to take you around the site! , only in summer period.
If you are the exploring type then the site is ideally located to visit the many tourist attractions of Cornwall eg, the Eden Project, Flambards Theme Park, Penzance, Truro, Newquay and lots more.
The Funworks complex has a night club, swimming pool, arcade machines, pool and children's play area. Please note that due to regulations on the park groups of single sex parties are not allowed.
There is crazy golf, roller skating, so much more.
Entertainment Passes are not included in the price, can be purchased on arrival,
