Welcome to Sandpiper (22 St Piran's Close), an ABI Sunrise caravan, 36ft long by 12ft wide with three bedrooms.

New for 2022 - New blinds in the lounge, new coffee table and a new chassis underneath the caravan.

Situated near the path to the beach and the park's facilities, Sandpiper offers a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two twin and a double) with panel heating and a shower room with a WC and heated towel rail.

Outside the caravan is on a large end plot with a wooden picnic bench (not pictured), outside tap, patio and tarmac parking space.

In the lounge there is a Flat Screen TV (with a DVD player) and a gas fire. From the lounge is access to the kitchen, where you will find, an oven and hob, microwave, toaster and fridge (with an ice box).

Please take duvets, pillows, bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and dish cloths.

Inside the caravan will be a Welcome Pack including a map of the park with bus and tide times as well as leaflets about places of local interest. (eg Newquay Zoo, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Land's End).

Entertainment Passes: If your family would like to use the swimming pools, children's club, leisure and entertainment facilities at Perran Sands, you will need to purchase FunWorks Passes if they are available due to Covid-19. These are arranged on arrival with Haven themselves subject to their availability at the time and any Covid-19 restrictions. Please note passes are not required to use the shops, restaurants and facilities such as the Crazy Golf and Go-Kart hire. Due to Covid-19 we do not know for certain which Haven facilities will be available. Our prices are for the hire of the caravan and include free water, gas and electric.

Dogs: We welcome well behaved dogs up to the size of two Labradors. Please specify the breed(s) when making an enquiry. We charge £20.00 each per short break or week. Kindly note dogs may only be left unattended briefly if you take your own dog cage.

How to Book: In the first instance, please contact us with the party details to confirm availability. If you wish to book, our booking form is available by email or post. A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 payable by bank transfer would be required to secure a break or seven nights or less. The remaining balance would be payable six weeks prior to the arrival date. If the arrival date is within six weeks, full payment would be required at the time of booking. Payments are made by bank transfer.

Left As Found / Key and Damage Deposit: One week before the arrival date, we also require the extra Left As Found / Key & Damage Deposit of £100.00. This amount will be returned within a few days of departure if the caravan has been left clean and tidy as found with no breakages. Payment can be made by bank transfer.

Please note third-party subletting by holiday management / lettings companies is not permitted. There must be one person aged 21 or above in your party.
