Skylark (303 Piran Point) is a three bedroom caravan which offers far reaching views across the sand dunes in a quiet area of the park.
UPDATES FOR THE 2022 SEASON - Redecorated hallway with repainted doors. Redecorated bedrooms with feature walls, new blinds and new carpets. In the shower room and separate WC there are new mirrors, vanity units and flooring. There are new lights and the new master bed and mattress has a modern headboard and feature wall behind.
Outside the plot has been redeveloped with a new patio area alongside the door side of the caravan, path and tarmac parking space.
Piran Point is an ideal location for children, ramblers and dog walkers being surrounded by the sand dunes and coast path to St Agnes and Holywell Bay. The path to the beach and the park's facilities are also within walking distance.
The dunes provide a fun area for children. St Piran's oratory (tiny church) has been uncovered after being buried to protect it. The oratory is believed to be the oldest place of worship in the UK.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Please take your own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and dish cloths.

Entertainment Passes: If your family would like to use the swimming pools, children's club, leisure and entertainment facilities at Perran Sands, you will need to purchase Haven's Play Passes. These can be arranged online before arrival or on arrival in Haven's main reception subject to their availability at the time. Please note passes are not required to use the shops, restaurants and facilities such as the Crazy Golf and Go-Kart hire. Due to Covid-19 we do not know for certain which of the park facilities will be available. Our prices are for the hire of the caravan and include free water, gas and electricity.
Dogs: We welcome two well behaved dogs up to the size of a Labrador. Please specify the breed(s) when making an enquiry. Kindly note dogs may only be left unattended briefly if you take your own dog cage.
How to Book: In the first instance, please contact us with the party details to confirm availability. If you wish to book, our booking form is available by email or post. A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 payable by bank transfer is required to secure a break of seven nights or less. The remaining balance would be payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date. Payments are made by bank transfer.
Left As Found / Key and Damage Deposit: One week before the arrival date, we also require the extra Left As Found / Key & Damage Deposit of £200.00. This amount will be returned within a few days of departure if the caravan has been left clean and tidy as found with no breakages. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Please note third-party subletting by holiday management / lettings companies is not permitted. There must be one person aged 21 or above in your party.

About the Area

Nestled amid the 5000 year old Penhale Sands the park sits on this unique landscape of towering sand dunes with direct access to a spacious, clean, sandy beach pounded by the wild Atlantic breakers: this is a surfer's paradise. There is a surf school on site which provides surfing lessons and equipment hire.
Within Perran Sands there is a convenience store with a gift shop. Here you can buy tokens to use the launderette. The hire shop will provide you with anything you may have forgotten. Restaurants offer wholesome meals and Wi-fi access. There is also a pizza delivery service and a fish and chip shop.
Other facilities include an enhanced heated indoor pool with flume and a heated outdoor pool with terrace, adventure golf, bike and kart hire, a climbing wall and a sports court plus facilities to learn to swim with football, archery and fencing coaching.
Located in Dunes Bar is a large screen TV plus pool tables and mini-bowling. During the summer months the Puffer Train will take you for a ride of the whole park.
The village of Perranporth can be reached by walking along the large wide beach or by car or bus. Here are many unique shops and local cafes. There are plenty of gift shops too. The village also boasts a boating lake amid tropical gardens, spectacular views of the beach can be had from the sundial near the car park at Droskyn Point.
Down below are hundreds of rockpools and caves once haunted by smugglers. There is a tidal pool at Chapel Rock close to the Watering Hole pub which is on the beach itself. Both the local museum and tourist information centre have a wealth of maps and leaflets about the local history and local places such as the lost church in the sand dunes which is also an area of Special Scientific Interest. Whether you want to go horse riding, golfing, paragliding, surfing, or generally splashing around this is the place to be.
