We're excited to present our pet friendly holiday home for hire on Perran Sands Holiday Park in Perranporth, set in a prime spot for easy beach access!

The Perran Sands Holiday Park amenities are just a short picturesque walk away too. Please see the Haven website for more details of the activities on offer.

We are proud owners, who aim to please.

A well kept 2018 model, our Perran Sands caravan has full double glazing and central heating throughout, which means you can holiday at any time of year and be assured to remain warm and comfortable.

Our caravan is a Silver graded equivalent of Haven's listings, with added extras that makes our caravan more homely.

Pets are considered a part of your family, and we don’t ask you to sacrifice luxury for them to come on holiday too !

We have home comforts such as Starlink super fast Wi-Fi, which is available for a small additional fee of £10. Plus, you can access Sky TV via the Sky GO app. Netflix, Dinsey Plus etc. are available through our Smart TV; perfect should the weather not on your side!

The lounge area is cosy and comfortable, with two sofas and a modern and stylish décor. One of the sofas pulls out to a double bed. The 49" flat screen TV is a great addition to this family area, and we have also included a Wii console and games for the convenience of the children. There is also a free standing coffee table with pull out seating, which is ideal for a family game of cards! Double patio doors lead out onto the decking area.

The kitchen and dining area is suitably equipped for those occasions when you wish to cook. It comprises a full sized, integrated fridge freezer, a 4 burner gas hob, oven/grill, microwave, toastie maker, slow cooker, air fryer, Tassimo coffee machine and a simple kettle and toaster. All kitchen utensils are provided, along with plenty of storage for your shopping!

A free standing dining table with chairs completes the dining area; perfect for those family breakfasts before planning your day at the beach, or in town.

There is storage area for shoes, umbrellas etc., to avoid cluttering the living space.

The bathroom offers a large shower, wash basin and WC.

The master bedroom is a place of tranquillity for a good night's sleep. It has a double bed, bedside cabinets, plenty of wardrobe storage, a dressing table with vanity mirror, a hairdryer and a flat screen TV. The en-suite toilet completes the amenities in this room.

The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds, wardrobe space and a 21" TV/DVD combi with a variety of DVDs for those nights when you fancy a night in. The beds can be moved together to make doubles if preferred.

All duvets and pillows are provided, but bed linen is not provided.

The caravan is fitted with USB sockets for charging those all-important electronic devices.

For the bookworms, we have left a variety of titles which may/may not suit your taste - take a look and see!

Outside we have a full wraparound decking with gate. To complete this outdoor area we have provided luxury outdoor furniture, allowing a place of relaxation to enjoy a glass of wine, or read a book, or just sit back and watch the family play.

There is ample car parking space for two or more cars alongside the caravan.



Bookings & Conditions

A deposit will be required to secure your dates. Please enquire for details.

We also as for a Good Housekeeping bond of £150, which is refundable after your stary as long as the caravan has been left in the same condition as found.

Bed linen and park passes are NOT included in our hire price.

Location

Perran Sands Holiday Park is ideally located for travel and sightseeing, as well as visiting the many beautiful beaches of Cornwall. Just a short walk from the caravan's doorstep is the best beach with its three miles of golden sands. It's also pet friendly all year around.

In the centre of Perranporth there is many shops, cafes and restaurants to visit, and the local business owners are so friendly and welcoming.

Just around the corner from Perranporth is the famous Healey's Cyder Farm, and let's not forget the best bar on the beach, The Watering Hole - home to the ever popular festival Tunes in the Dunes.

The vibrant beach town of Newquay is just a 10 minute drive away and is accessible by bus too. This is more a hustle and bustle town, with more shops, restaurants and superb beaches.

Perranporthk is central to St Agnes, St Ives, Porthtowan and many, many more beach hotspots; you won't need to spend long in the car to beach hop the coast, which is what we love to do when we visit!

Truro is about half an hour's drive away, which provides the best shopping experiences.

Land's End, The Eden Centre and Penzance are all within driving distance.
