Caravan Description

Our Perran Sands caravan is in the perfect location for a relaxing family holiday, just a five minute stroll from the entertainment complex.

Immediate access to the coastal paths is right outside our caravan, which leads directly onto Cornwall's beautiful walks, then along the dunes which lead directly down to the beautiful two mile long beach of Perran Sands.

The caravan has one large double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, so will sleep 6 guests comfortably.

Within the lounge is plenty of seating for the whole family to relax in comfort, with the large sofa offering a good view of the Freeview TV from each seat. There’s also a DVD player, lots of DVDs and board games for those rainy days.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob with electric oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster and fridge with freezer compartment, along with a dining area for six to sit comfortably. All the utensils you may require are provided, even plastic cutlery for younger guests, as well as a picnic basket for you to use and enjoy.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. Towels are not provided, so guests must bring their own.

Provided for your convenience is an ironing board and iron should you need it, as well as a vacuum cleaner and spare blankets.

Outside we have a decking area to the side of the caravan, complete with picnic table for outside dining or simply enjoying the views! There’s also an outside tap to wash off your wetsuits and boards, before relaxing on the decking for the evening.

We are set in a private location for sunbathing or relaxing in comfort, so you won’t be disturbed by others. It’s really quiet and peaceful, yet only a five minute walk from the entertainment complex.



Please Note

Duvets and pillows are provided, but bed linen is NOT provided. However, for an additional charge of £100, beds can be made up for your arrival with good quality, freshly laundered linen, so no need to worry about making beds on your arrival. Please ensure you request this service well in advance. If not required, you will need to bring the single and double duvet covers, along with sheets and pillow cases etc.

Our Perran Sands caravan is strictly NO SMOKING.

We welcome your pets, just ask that you are respectful and keep wet dogs off the furniture and beds. Please also remember to bring a dog bed or blanket for your pets comfort.
