Our 3 bedroom, pet friendly caravan to let on Perran Sands Holiday Park, is located in The Fairings, where you can enjoy a more relaxing position within the Perran Sands resort.

Caravan Description
Our pet friendly caravan is very close to all of Perran Sands’ amenities, yet far enough away enough to be nice and peaceful, sitting in a quiet cul-de-sac. The caravan also has side decking, on which to relax on and watch the world go by.
Our double glazed and central heated caravan comprises:
Lounge/Dining Room
The lovely, spacious, open plan living area is particularly bright and airy. There is ample seating for everyone with a large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a pull-out double sofa-bed. There is also a 52" flat screen TV with built-in DVD. In addition to the central heating, there is an electric fire, making it extra cosy on those chilly evenings.
Kitchen
The stylish, well-appointed kitchen contains everything you could require, including a full size oven/hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and air-fryer.
Master Bedroom with En-suite
* Enjoy the comfort of a 4'6" double bed for a perfect night's sleep. You will have plenty of storage too, with fitted wardrobes and additional shelving space. We also have a TV and even provide a hairdryer, so less for you to pack. The en-suite has a WC and wash basin.
Bedrooms 2 & 3
* Each of these bedrooms has two single beds and its own storage.
Family Bathroom
With a large shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and some additional storage.
Parking
Parking is available directly next to the caravan.
* Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own linen and towels.
We also have other extras, such as two bed guards, a collection of family DVDs and board games.
We do charge a key / damage deposit, which is refundable and paid back into your account within 48 hours of your departure, as long as the keys are returned and no loss, damage and/or breakages are found or the need for an excessive clean.

About the Area
The holiday home is on the Haven run site of Perran Sands in Perranporth, on the north Cornwall coast, just 12 miles from Newquay. As such, you can expect many facilities, depending on the type of holiday you are looking for.There is usually a nightly entertainment programme throughout the season and facility passes are available through Haven.
As well as the arcades, there is the indoor swimming pool and, for the more energetic, the cycle karts to drive around the complex, as well as bike hire.
Please be aware that the purchase of the Play Passes is no guarantee that you will get access into the complex or restaurants or bars. Prior to purchasing them, please ensure that you ask what is available from Haven.
Perran Sands beach offers 3 miles of golden sand; the ideal location for those wishing to surf or for the little ones to finds the rock pools
Perran Sands Holiday Park is also a wildlife protected area and there are many walks and trails to explore.
Perranporth is a short walk down from the site and this quaint village has a lot to offer with its many restaurants and bars. For those not wishing to walk there is a bus service at the end of the site road
The location is also some 12 miles from Newquay and approximately the same from Truro. The bus service to these locations can be obtained from the end of the site access road.
Perran Sands Holiday Park also has good access roads for that journey to Land’s End, St Michael’s Mount, St Agnes or St Ives.
