Caravan Description
This is a very high spec Atlas Concept 2000 that was sited in 2006, it is 39ft x 12ft and situated at Haven’s Perran Sands Holiday Park, we are the first caravan as you come up from the beach. We benefit from having a large, stunning balcony that boasts uninterrupted, sea views. There is private parking at the rear of the caravan.
Our two bedroom static caravan sleeps up to 6, within the master double bedroom that boasts a king size bed with storage and an en-suite with a bath, over bath shower and a WC. The twin bedroom with twin beds and a fold up cot under the bed (no linen is provided for the cot) and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The main bathroom has a shower, wash basin & WC.
We have full central heating, double glazing and the added benefit of a log effect electric fire in the lounge, also within the lounge we have 43” high spec HD TVs, two free standing sofas, an armchair and a free standing dining table with chairs on a raised dining area. We also provide free Wi-Fi for our guests.
Fully fitted kitchen comes with all mod cons needed for your self-catering holiday including a washing machine, fridge/freezer, air fryer and a microwave.
Bookings & Conditions
We only Let Saturday to Saturday we do not offer 3 or 4 day breaks.
There is strictly NO smoking or pets in the caravan.
Haven insist that NO all male/female groups are allowed.
We require you to please supply a full list of names Mobile Numbers, ages and addresses of all guests when booking.
Upon booking a non-refundable deposit of 20% booked is required to secure your chosen date, which will be deducted from the total cost of your stay. The remaining balance must be paid no later than four weeks before your stay. In the event you book inside the EIGHT weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
All payments to be made via bank transfer.
You may check in from 3pm. Check out on day of departure by 10am.

About the Area
Haven's Perran Sands offers adult and children's entertainment daily with live music, disco, bingo and lots more. There is an outdoor pool, indoor pool with flume, adventure golf, gym, go kart hire, play areas, mini market with bakery, gift and surf shop. There is a choice of dining on site too, with Papa John's Pizza (who will deliver to the caravan), The Funky Fish restaurant and takeaway and the Surf Bay restaurant. There are three on site bars including a Sports Bar.Passes are required to access the pool and entertainment complex on site, which can be purchased online. These are NOT included in our rental price.
Perran Sands boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in the country and is also in a great location to explore other beauties of Cornwall, including Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Dairyland Farmworld, Lappa Valley steam railway and The Screech Owl Sanctuary. Land’s End is less than an hour away.
