Welcome to our 38’ x 12.5’, 2010 Willerby Winchester static caravan holiday home for hire on the 5 * Par Sands Holiday Park in Cornwall.

Par Sands Holiday Park boasts an indoor heated swimming pool; children's adventure play area; play park with swings etc.; tennis courts; an all-weather, multi-use play area (football, basketball); and plenty of dog friendly space.

The beach is just 5 minutes away and is dog accessible all year.

Our holiday home is inviting and comfortable, with the added benefit of double glazing, central heating and a large decking area with furniture.

Fully equipped for up to 6 persons, the accommodation comprises:

. Fully functioning kitchen with full size gas oven with 4 burners and grill; extractor fan; fridge/freezer; microwave, kettle and toaster; pans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

. Dining area with free standing table and chairs. A high chair is available upon request if required.

. Lounge area with comfortable seating, incorporating a pull-out sofa bed; an integral electric fire; selection of storage units; coffee table and side tables; a 32" LCD TV with Freeview; a DVD player and radio/CD player.

. Double bedroom with en-suite toilet; king size bed; overhead storage and bedside cabinets; 2 spacious double wardrobes with under drawer storage; a smaller separate wardrobe, again with drawers under; small dressing table; a shaver socket and ample electrical sockets.

. Twin bedded room with 2 single beds; bedside cabinet and overhead storage; small hanging wardrobe with drawers under. The beds are free standing allowing for various configurations - two single beds, pushed together as one double bed or one single bed (other stores underneath). A travel cot is available upon request, if required.

. Main bathroom with a full size bath and powerful overhead shower; vanity unit and WC.

Outside there is a substantial decking area with table, chairs and parasol. There’s also a smaller decking area to the front of the caravan.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided, along with kitchen rolls, toilet rolls, bin liners and cleaning products.

Gas, water and electricity is included in the hire price.

We welcome well behaved pets at a small, extra charge.

A fully refundable damage deposit will be requested.

Amenities available in the nearby village of Par include a Co-op, Spar, Post Office, hairdresser, bakery, Chinese takeaway and a fish and chip shop.

All major supermarkets are available in nearby St Austell.
