New to the market our 'Gold standard plus' holiday home on this 5 star site, which is adjacent to 1/2 mile of wide golden sands and shallow azure sea.
We offer bright airy accommodation which is UPVC double glazed, fully insulated, and situated in an excellent position on the sea side edge of the park.
The lounge/diner is of a generous size with triple aspect windows offering views towards the sea, and double doors leading onto the patio where you will find a table, chairs and a parasol. Within the lounge there is ample comfortable seating, a new 42" HD TV, DVD player (please bring your own DVDs) and a Freesat box for recording.
The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet with hand basin, and a new sumptuous double bed with pocket springs and mattress topper. It also has double aspect windows and ample storage. The twin bedroom has two single beds and ample storage.
NB. Whilst this accommodation is designed for four people, there is a pull-out bed in the lounge for an extra two people.
In the bathroom you will find a large shower, hand basin and toilet.
The kitchen is bright and modern, with under counter fridge and separate freezer, slim line dishwasher, 4 slice toaster, 3kw kettle, family oven with 4 ring hob, all fully extracted, a microwave oven, halogen cooker, electric whisk, iron, plus complete compliment of kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery etc., for 6 persons. Many of the appliances are new.
NB. There is a launderette nearby with ironing facilities.
Our caravan is dog friendly, as is the beach, which is 12 months dog friendly. A dog basket, bowls, blanket etc., are provided. (Please bring your own dog towels)
Parking is next to the caravan.

About the Area
Par Sands Coastal Holiday Park is an immaculate, pet friendly site, offering an indoor heated swimming pool, all weather tennis courts, all weather multi-use games area, a putting green, children's adventure playground, beachside cafe, wildlife lake, Wi-Fi hotspots etc.,, the list goes on and on.Situated on the coastal footpath and with Bodmin Moor nearby, there are endless choices for rambling and cycling.
There are a numerous quaint fishing ports, hidden sandy coves and places of interest within 15 minutes driving. The world famous Eden Project and the beautiful historic village of Fowey are also on your doorstep.
A little further, near Helston, is the fabulous Flambards experience, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and countless more places of beauty and interest for all ages.
There is an excellent choice of eateries and takeaways to suit all pockets within easy walking or driving distance, along with two mini-markets in Par village (5 minutes walk) and larger super markets in St. Austell, some 5 minutes' drive away.
For the more adventurous there are endless opportunities: surfing, paragliding, horse riding, deep sea fishing, golf, go karting, cycle trekking, sailing, yomping over Bodmin Moor or even diving off Land's End? Perhaps not!!!
You will not be disappointed with a Cornish holiday (or cream tea) especially if you choose to stay at Par Sands with us.
Please remember, we provide everything you need, bedding, towels etc(.but please bring your own towels for the beach,) plus gas and electric so there are no hidden charges.
On arrival you will find a 'Welcome Pack' tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge.
