Cottage Description
Dorothy Cottage is our converted barn for holiday rental in the small clay village of Whitemoor in St Austell, Cornwall, which is only 4 miles from the Eden Project.
Just a few metres away from the cottage on the opposite side of road, is a children's play park.
Facilities within our double glazed holiday cottage for hire in St Austell, include:
Ground Floor
. Lounge/diner with seating for 4, plus a TV, DVD player and internet . Kitchen with cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer . Cloakroom with toilet, basin and shower, plus a tumble dryer
First Floor
. One large double bedroom
. One twin bedded room
. Main bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and wash basin
Additional
. Double doors leading from the kitchen to a rear paved and fenced yard . Entrance hall with meter for electricity (£1 coin) . Night storage heaters with boost facility . An iron, hairdryer, high chair and travel cot are available . All bed linen is provided for your convenience
Bookings & Conditions
A well behaved dog is permitted at a cost of £20.
prices start from £200 per week with a £50 discount for continuous 2 week stays.
A deposit will be required to secure your dates, with the balance due one month before your stay.
Location
The small village of Whitemoor is situated in St Austell in Cornwall. In the nearby village of St Dennis, you will find a grocery store, butcher, fish and chips and a chemist.
You can also eat out at nearby pubs and restaurants; all within a 4 mile radius.
The Eden Project and china clay museum are both only 4 miles away.
For the energetic, there's the Cornish Clay Trails and Goss Moor Trail only a couple of miles away. Goss Moor is a National Nature Reserve with a 7 mile circular trail that is mostly flat and relatively easy, allowing disabled and novice walkers and cyclists, easy and safe access to the moors. There are also additional and linking routes onto the nearby Tregoss Moor.
