Welcome to our beautiful holiday caravan to let on Newquay Holiday Park in Newquay, Cornwall, situated on a very quiet plot just a 4-minute walk from all the Park’s amenities.
We are pet-friendly and allow up to 4 well-behaved dogs at no extra charge.
Our holiday caravan has three bedrooms - the main bedroom having a double bed and the two twin bedrooms each having two single beds. There is also a smart TV and we also now have Wi-Fi.
Duvets and pillows are provided(unfortunately due to Covid 19 we do not provide any linen at this time so please bring your own. Sorry for any inconvenience caused)
Being a Parkdean site, Newquay Holiday Park offers many facilities on-site, including indoor and outdoor pools; loads of parks; crazy golf; high ropes; giant trampolines; restaurants; a bar; a shop, and evening entertainment.
Entertainment passes are not included in our rental price but can be purchased from Parkdean on your arrival.
Venturing off the Park, you are only a 10-minute drive from Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay, both renowned for surfing and other water sports. They both also offer miles of golden sand with dramatic coastal walks.
Just 25 minutes from the Park is the amazing Padstow with its fantastic beach, harbor, and shops.
Every booking requires a £100 deposit to book. This is not refundable and is taken off your holiday balance. We also require a £100 refundable security deposit to be paid with your balance 31 days before you arrive. Security deposit is refundable the day the check out as long as van as left as found.
We do understand that situations change and things happen out of your control.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds on your holiday apart from your security deposit (needs to be cancelled within 31 days of arrival date.)
We are more than happy to move your holiday if you need to cancel and any payments made will be transferred to your new dates.
