Caravan Description
Welcome to our luxury, high end, pet friendly, homely caravan.. This light and spacious 2021 Swift Loire caravan has a range of modern facilties. This caravan is a NON SMOKINGA caravan, including on the decking.
The accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge/diner with a 42" Freeview TV, modern fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a shower/toilet and a second separate toilet.
There is a good size sun deck with patio furniture. We have a range of books and board games for a variety of ages - in case of a rainy day.
The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Parkdean's own wifi has been installed in the caravan.
The accommodation is available from April to September.
THERE IS NO FACILITY FOR CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES
Dogs under 12kg are welcome.

Newquay Holiday Park in Cornwall is situated on the outskirts of Newquay in the beautiful, tranquil Cornish countryside.The site has excellent amenities very close at hand, including a heated outdoor swimming pool (available from Easter to September), a supermarket, launderette, amusement arcade, restaurant and bar, A Club for children, plus evening entertainment for adults throughout the year. There are also several play areas for children.
In 2022, the park increased it'sfacilitiestoinclude a zip wire, assault course,crazy golf, archery, build a bear art & craft centre together with several additionalplay areas for littleones.
Newquay Holiday Park has a David Bellamy conservation award.
Newquay is a stunning beach resort renowned for its surfing. There are many tourist attractions very close at hand too, along with excellent access to numerous beautiful Cornish beaches. We especially recommend Mawgan Porth, a 20minute drive away.
