Caravan Description
We would like to welcome you to our Top of Range, 2011 BK 'Sherborne' caravan with double glazing and central heating throughout.
It is sited on the Willows Way area, approximately 50 yards from swimming pools and 200 yards from the main complex.
Outside the caravan, to the side and front, is a full decking area with two locking gates, and also a wheelchair ramp for the less able. A patio table, parasol and 4 chairs are provided.
We will meet our guests on arrival with the keys and to offer any assistance required for an enjoyable holiday.
All beds will be made up on arrival; all you need bring is towels.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with en-suite, king size bed and TV/DVD/Freeview combi. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and a TV/DVD Freeview Combi.
There is a separate bathroom with walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.
The fully equipped kitchen/diner consists of a built-in fridge freezer, microwave, 4 burner gas cooker with extractor fan, an electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery and cooking utensils, plus an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
The lounge consists of a comfortable seating area, pull-out double sofa bed, electric fire, digital radio, TV with Freeview, a DVD player and selection of DVDs.
Electricity and gas is provided at no extra cost.
Booking Conditions
Due to Park Rules, NO single sex groups or persons under 21 years of age are permitted to hire the caravan.
Please Note: this is a STRICTLY NO SMOKING & NO PETS caravan..
Passes are available from Reception for a small fee, which are required for entry to the bars and restaurant.

About the Area
Newquay Holiday Park is run by Parkdean and is situated about 3 miles from the town centre, sandy beaches of Porth, Fistral and Watergate; all reliable for excellent surfing.If you wish to take a break from driving there is a bus stop right outside the Park. Newquay is an ideal base for day trips to Truro, Falmouth, St Ives and Penzance.
