Welcome to our family owned, 2 bedroom holiday home for hire on Parkdean's Newquay Holiday Park, situated on Maple View.

We fell in love with Newquay Holiday Park in 2022 when we visited for our daughter's 2nd birthday. We all loved it that much that we purchased a brand new holiday home on the luxury Maple View development - we just couldn't part with the uninterrupted views of the beautiful Cornish countryside offered in this area of the park. It doesn't even feel like it's on a holiday park.

We are now a family of 4 and visit as much as we can. We can also offer it for others to enjoy when we're not there.

We are proud to keep our beautiful holiday home as clean and as new as possible.

Our Maple View holiday home at Newquay Holiday Park, is a high specification holiday home with all the creature comforts you'd expect to have at home, giving you that home from home experience.

Upon entering our holiday home, you are greeted with an open plan living space with stunning views of the Cornish countryside from the windows and French doors, which open out onto the veranda.


Living & Dining Area
The open-plan lounge and kitchen space is filled with natural light from windows and French doors opening onto the wrap-around decking. The lounge features a feature electric fireplace, Smart TV, 3-seater and 2-seater sofas, providing a relaxing environment for family downtime.

The modern kitchen has seating for four, plenty of storage, and all the cookware and appliances you need for a holiday, including a Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dual air fryer, integrated microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and a gas oven with hob and extractor fan.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

King Size Bedroom: King bed, dressing table with storage, hairdryer, wall-mounted Smart TV, USB charging points, heated walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite shower room with 3-piece suite (shower, basin with vanity, WC).

Twin Bedroom: Two single beds, wall-mounted Smart TV, USB charging points, and wardrobe space.

Main Bathroom: 3-piece suite (shower, basin with vanity unit, WC) with gas boiler.
All linen is provided. Towels are not included.

Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy the stunning views from wrap-around composite decking with glass panels, decking lights, secure lockable gates, and luxury outdoor furniture. Oversized driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles. Please note that BBQs are not permitted on the decking.

Entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased at reception.
No pets allowed.
Strictly no smoking in the holiday home or on the decking.
