Caravan Description
Our two bedroom, pet friendly caravan on the popular Newquay Bay Resort, is in an ideal location for a short or long break.
It comprises of a large living space with dining area, comfortable seating with pull-out double bed, Freeview TV and a gas fire.
The kitchen comes equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses cooking utensils, a microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker with oven and fridge with small freezer compartment.
Bedroom one has an en-suite toilet, double bed, dressing table and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom two has two single beds and a small fitted wardrobe.
There are USB outlets in kitchen, living room and bedrooms
The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
Outside we have decking with outdoor furniture for guests to use.
Bed linen is provided, with beds made up ready for your arrival.
Towels are also provided.
Tea, coffee & milk are provided for your arrival

Newquay Bay Resort is located within a 10-15 minute walk of the popular Porth Beach and Porth Island. It’s also just a short drive from the centre of Newquay.
It’s an ideal location for a short or long break.
On site, Newquay Bay Resort offers a bar and eatery; indoor and outdoor pool; steam room and sauna etc.

To use these facilities a fee is payable directly to the Resort. The currently pricing for a 6 berth caravan is as follows:
Peak Season
2 to 6 nights - £39
7 to 9 nights - £71
Off-Peak
2 to 6 nights - £30
7 to 9 nights - £51
(please note these prices are per caravan not per person)
If you do not wish to use these facilities, please let us know when booking and we will advise the Resort.
In order for the resort to issue guest passes, they will require the name and age of all guests staying on the site, they also require your car registration and the contact number of the lead guest.
