Enjoy a relaxing Cornish escape in our comfortable, pet-friendly caravan at Newquay Bay Resort. Whether you’re planning a family holiday, a couple’s retreat, or a getaway with friends (and your four-legged companion!), our holiday home offers a peaceful base from which to explore everything that Cornwall has to offer.
Sleeping up to 6 guests, our Newquay Bay caravan features two comfortable bedrooms, along with a sofa bed in the spacious lounge, making it ideal for families or small groups.
Inside you’ll find a warm and welcoming living area with comfortable seating, a TV for relaxing evenings and central heating to keep you cost whatever the season. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the modern shower room provides all the comforts of home.
One of the caravans most charming features is its peaceful setting beside farmland. Wake up to the gentle sounds of the resident brown cows and enjoy watching them graze from the comfort of your window or while relaxing on the decking. It’s a lovely rural touch that both children and adults enjoy and it adds to the tranquil atmosphere of your holiday.
Outside, the private decking is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, dine al fresco, or unwind after a day exploring Cornwall.
We’re pleased to welcome well-behaved pets, so your furry family members can enjoy the holiday too.
For your convenience fresh bed linen is provided.

Porth Beach is around a 15-minute walk away and is perfect for families, swimming, rock pooling and relaxing by the sea. Overlooking the beach is the popular Mermaid Inn, serving food and drinks throughout the day, while nearby you'll also find a small café overlooking Porth beach that serves English breakfast and a pizza takeaway with an ice cream kiosk for those classic seaside treats.
For those who enjoy walking and outdoor adventures, Watergate Bay is approximately a 45-minute walk away. You can follow the spectacular South West Coast Path with its breathtaking cliff-top views or take the quieter farm trail through rolling countryside. Watergate Bay is well known for its golden sands, surfing, watersports and yoga classes.
In the opposite direction, Newquay town centre is also around a 45-minute walk away.
