Caravan Description

This is a well looked after, 2019 ABI Ambleside caravan for hire on Away Resorts’ Newperran Holiday Resort in Newquay, Cornwall.

Our premier caravan for hire on Newperran Holiday Resort in Newquay, comfortably sleeps 4 in the 2 bedrooms, but there is the possibility to use the pull-out bed* in the lounge to sleep 6 if needed.

*Please note that bed linen is only supplied for the bedrooms. If you require the sofa bed linen, please let us know on booking as this may incur a small extra charge.

The caravan has:

. A hallway for coat and shoe storage
. Master bedroom with en-suite shower, wardrobe, TV and lots of extra storage
. Twin bedroom with wardrobe and small dressing table
. Main Bathroom with shower
. Lounge area with 50” Smart TV, 2 sofas and a fire
. Dining table with 4 chairs
. Kitchen with 5 burner hob, oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine**, dishwasher**, kettle, toaster and all ovenware, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
**Please note that you will need to bring detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher if you wish to use.

Outside we have a large decking area with table and 4 chairs. Parking is available for 2 cars if needed.

Location

Away Resorts’ Newperran Holiday Resort is located 3 miles from Perranporth Beach and 6 miles from Newquay town centre.

The many on site facilities include:

. Indoor swimming pool (open daily 9-4)
. The Sunset Bar & Eatery (opening times are dependent on season)
. Pool table in bar, plus air hockey table and a few arcade machines next door
. Outdoor play area for children
. Entertainment/activities during the six week summer holidays
. Live music acts on some breaks

Just a short walk from the Resort is a local pub, The New Inn, which serves lovely food (We have sampled regularly!)

In nearby Newquay town centre you’ll find all the town beaches, a zoo, trampoline park etc.
