Our pet friendly caravan for hire at Newperran Holiday Resort, is the perfect place to call home for the duration of your holiday here in beautiful Cornwall.

This very comfortable, double glazed, central heated, pet friendly caravan at Newperran Holiday Resort is situated in the Holywell View area of the park.

Our Newperran caravan comprises:

• Large living area and kitchen/dining
• Gas central heating
• Double glazing
• One master bedroom with king size bed, TV and en-suite with shower and WC
machine
• Two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds and plenty of room between the beds
• Main bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin
• Fully equipped kitchen with built-in microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and even a washing
• Comfortable lounge with 50” Smart TV with Netflix, BBC iPlayer and ITVX, plus DVD player and selection of DVDs
• Games for the children and a selection of books
• FREE secure Wi-Fi
• All sockets fitted with USB ports
• Outside decking area for al-fresco dining, with table and chair and a large parasol for those sunny days

All bed linen is included.

Also provided for your convenience is an iron, ironing board, clothes airer and hairdryer, as well as a highchair (on request).

Late arrivals are catered for, as the keys to the caravan will be held in a secure lock box attached to the caravan.

Dog are welcome at no extra cost.

Terms & Conditions

1) Arrival is from 4PM and departure is no later than 10AM
2) On the day of departure, please make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked and the caravan key is returned to key box.
3) We respectfully ask that the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition, that all rubbish bins are emptied and taken to the rubbish areas located around the site.
4) We respectfully ask that ALL dogs are kept OFF the soft furnishings and beds.
5) The caravan is equipped with central heating, please make sure this is turned off on the day of departure and when not needed. ( instructions on the heating are in the welcome pack, inside the caravan. )
6) A deposit of £250 secures your holiday and the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday, unless by prior arrangement. An email reminder will be sent at this point.
7) Cancellations made before the 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday can be made with the full deposit amount refunded.
8) Cancellations made after the 6 weeks, sadly are non-refundable, however we may be able to offer you different dates.
