Caravan Description

Our lovely Sunset Delta holiday home is located in the ‘Owner’s Area’ on The Lizard Park, near Mullion, Cornwall. Fully equipped with all home comforts, it also boasts a south facing veranda with outside seating.

The Park offers free Wi-Fi across the site, extending within our holiday home.

Being double glazed and centrally heated throughout, you can be sure your stay is comfortable throughout the year.

This beautiful holiday home is sited on a generous plot with designated parking, set in a quiet and tranquil location within the park. It also benefits from afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets.

The open plan living area, comprising the lounge, kitchen and diner, has the added benefit of opening out onto a spacious deck with additional patio furniture.

The kitchen area is well equipped with appliances, including a gas cooker/hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The lounge area has an LCD flat screen, HD Smart TV with HDMI input, along with a real flame effect electric fire.

Within the holiday home you will find three bedrooms, one double and two twin, along with pull-out double bed in the lounge area, providing total sleeping for 8 persons. The very spacious master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, drawers and window with dressing table. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds.

There is a spacious modern, thermostatically controlled power shower in the main shower room, which is opposite the twin bedrooms.

Bed linen is provided, with the beds made up ready for your arrival. For stays longer than one week an extra linen laundry service can be provided for an additional cost of £40.

Towels are not provided, so please ensure that you bring your own.

Bookings & Conditions

All bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the cost of the stay, which is taken at the time of booking. Full payment must be received within 8 weeks of the holiday.

Where last minute bookings are made, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

A refundable bond of £100 is also required at the time of booking. This will be refunded to you within 5 working days of your departure, subject to inspection of the caravan and no loss, damage and/or breakages being found.

Our preferred method of payment is by direct bank transfer (BACS) or personal cheque. However, we can offer PayPal, but this will incur an additional charge of 3.4%.

Location

Lizard Point Holiday Park is located on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall, making it ideal for visiting a variety of attractions, such as The Lizard (most southerly point in Britain), Kynance Cove, Gweek Seal Sanctuary, National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle in Falmouth, Flambards Theme Park, St Michael's Mount, Minack Theatre and St Ives.

Surrounding areas and beaches on the north coast are only a 30 minute drive away. Beaches nearby include Kynance Cove, Poldhu (10 minute drive), Coverack (15 minute drive) and Kennack Sands (5 minute drive).

The South West Coastal Path is a few minutes’ drive away, offering superb views and walking.

The peninsular also offers a superb opportunity to visit some of the Cornwall's legendary golf courses, including the UK's most southerly at Mullion Golf Club, Cape Cornwall Golf & Leisure, West Cornwall Golf Club and Perranporth Golf Club, to name a few.

Lizard Point Holiday Park has indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, games rooms, restaurant/bar and a takeaway. There’s also golf, a play area, indoor soft play for toddlers, sports field, live entertainment for children and adults, an amusement arcade and a launderette.

There is a ‘Nisa Local’ shop on site too, for your basic essentials, with a selection of larger supermarkets in nearby Helston.

Weekly passes for use of the Park's facilities are available to buy at Reception.

The Park also offers free Wi-Fi across the site.
