Our well-maintained, 3 bedroom, 35’ x 12’, 2017 model Swift Burgundy static caravan on Mother Ivey's Bay Holiday Park in Padstow, Cornwall.

Our static caravan is located approximately 150m from the Park's own beach, with a further three beaches within walking distance.

The caravan is 3 years old and offers accommodation for up to six guests. It has one double bed and four single beds (which can be made into two doubles upon request). There is also a pull out sofa double bed.

Within the caravan you will find all you need for a great self-catering holiday, including a TV, gas hob and oven, fridge freezer etc.

It also benefits from having a shower room with shower, lavatory and wash basin, along with a separate second lavatory with hand basin.

On-site parking is available for up to two cars.

The caravan is connected to all the main services, with fresh linen and bedding supplied.

Location

Mother Ivey's Bay Holiday Park is superbly located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the North Cornish coast. It looks out north to Trevose Head, east over Harlyn Bay and west towards Boobys and Constantine Bay.

The Park is beautifully maintained with a well-stocked shop and reception area with kind and helpful staff.

On site is a children's play area and well-maintained communal washing facilities (although you probably won't need these as the caravan is fully equipped.

The local beaches are sandy and renowned for their surfing - I enjoy fishing off the rocks. The highly regarded Trevose Golf Club lies adjacent to the Park and offers an 18 hole course, 9 hole course and a pitch and putt course. In addition, there is an excellent driving range and pro shop. The club is a great place to eat added to which you can book various beauty treatments - check out their web site!

Mother Ivey's Bay Holiday Park is not far away is the famous fishing village of Padstow, which offers a good range of shops, pubs, restaurants etc. It lies at the entrance to the Camel Estuary opposite Rock and at the start of the Camel Trail where you can bike down through Wadebridge to Bodmin and back.

Last but not least, Mother Ivey's Bay is superbly located for cliff top walks looking out to sea - you just have to decide whether to go west or east!
