28 The Sycamores, is our lovely 3 bedroom, pet friendly caravan for hire on Lizard Point Holiday Park, situated in a quiet part of the site at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Our double glazed and central heated caravan at Lizard Point Holiday Park, offers spacious living space.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (one being en-suite to the master bedroom), a well-equipped kitchen/dining area and a comfortable lounge.
Outside, we have a decking area with seating and a parasol for those lovely warm days.
Our modern, clean, pet friendly caravan is situated in a quiet part of the site at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Being central heated and double glazed, the caravan is also ideal for those looking for a break during the colder months.
For your convenience, we provide a hairdryer and hair straighteners.
We DO NOT provide bed linen or towels, so please ensure you bring with you.
Bookings & Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required to secure your dates. This deposit is non-refundable on cancellation within 3 weeks of the holiday start date.
Full payment MUST be received 2 weeks before the holiday start date.
A £100 security will also be required, which will be refunded following guests’ departure, as long as the caravan is left clean and tidy with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
Bookings are accepted on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
Check-in is from 3.30pm. Check-out is by 10am.

28 The Sycamores is located on Parkdean’s Lizard Point Holiday Park in Helson, Cornwall.On site facilities are plentiful, and include an outdoor pool, indoor pool, entertainment hall, restaurant, bar, launderette and local shop, along with lots of activities for younger guests to enjoy.
A pass for the entertainment will be required, which guests may purchase separately from Parkdean’s Reception.
Wi-Fi can also be purchased.
Lizard Point Holiday Park is just a short drive from some amazing beaches, including Kynance Cove and Lizard Point. It also offers easy access to other parts of beautiful Cornwall and its beaches.
