Caravan Description

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on Lizard Point Holiday Park, my caravan / mini lodge is an ABI Ambleside, complete with decking and outside furniture.

This is an extra-wide caravan and provides all the home comforts you could possibly need.

There are two bedrooms. The large main bedroom boasts a king size bed and an en-suite, plus a TV and hairdryer. The iron and ironing board can also be found in this bedroom. The second bedroom has twin single beds.

The family bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, large oven, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, kettle and toaster, along with all cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Within the lounge you will find two sofas, a TV and a cosy electric fire. There are games and DVDs too.

My caravan is fully central heated and double glazed.

I provide duvets and pillows, all protected with covers, so all you need to bring is your own linen.

I also provide a tea towel, toilet rolls, bath mats, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, tin foil, cling film, bin bags and kitchen roll.

The caravan has basic internet, but you can pay to enhance this if you wish.

Arrival at the caravan is 4pm. You must vacate by 10.30 am on your day of departure.

I require a £100 non-returnable deposit on booking, which will secure your dates. The remainder is due 6 weeks before the holiday start date.


Location

Lizard Point Holiday Park has plenty of facilities on site, including a small shop; restaurant; entertainment venue; two heated pools (indoor and outdoor); an arcade, karts and bicycles for hire; climbing frame and trampolines; plus much more for the children to enjoy.

Entertainment passes will be required for the pools and entertainment. These are NOT included in the caravan hire price, but can be purchased at Reception.


There is bus stop outside the park entrance with services to Lizard, and on the other side to Helston via Mullion and Poldhu beach.

There are many beaches nearby and the local village of Mullion has a Co-op and Spar, plus plenty of pubs to enjoy. There is also a chocolate factory and craft shops towards Mullion Harbour.

The village of Lizard is 5 miles away, where you will find pubs, restaurants and fish and chips. There is a nice walk down to Lizard Point too and half way down you can enjoy a lovely farm cream tea.
