Caravan Description

Welcome our 2022 ABI Keswick static caravan on Liskey Hill Holiday Park in Perranporth - a quiet, super friendly site where you can sit back and relax watching the surfers and sunsets

Our caravan is available for the summer school holidays only. It has undoubtably, one of the best views on the site. It's light, bright, airy and extremely homely. Just a short walk from the centre of Perranporth, where you will find everything you need - cafe's, shops, restaurants, food outlets, supermarkets, pubs and gift shops etc!

We are Sharon & Neil, and this really is our little piece of heaven. To say that Cornwall, and especially Perranporth, is a special place, is an understatement. We have yet to come across a place with so many breath-taking beaches, amazing local towns and fishing villages, fresh air and friendly welcoming people.

Our double glazed and central heated caravan comprises of -
* Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, built-in fridge-freezer, utility cupboard, microwave, kettle and toaster
* Dining table and seats
* Lounge with comfy corner sofa, TV, selection of games and remote control electric fire
* Master bedroom with king size bed, bedside units, lamps, above bed cupboards/shelves and built-in double wardrobe
with drawers, along with en-suite toilet and wash basin
* Second bedroom with twin single beds, cupboards/shelves above, bedside table and a small wardrobe
* Fully equipped shower room with really good shower (just what you need to wash away those sandy toes), toilet, wash
basin, mirrored wall cabinet, cupboard and shelving
* Iron & ironing board, clothes airer and pegs
* Large decking area with Bistro chairs and coffee table, along with parking alongside the caravan.
* Duvets and pillows are provided (along with protectors). However, you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and
tea towels.
* Our caravan plot is Falmouth 15 however, we have named it Springwell Lodge (after our house Springwell House)

Booking Information:
* Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday only
* We require £100.00 booking deposit, full payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
* We also require a £100.00 security bond (plus an extra £50 if you are bringing a dog) due when making full payment.
This will be refunded once the cleaning and inspection has taken place (please ensure we have your bank details)

Dogs:
* We accept 1 small well behaved dog (£20 extra per week)
* We are very much animal lovers but we kindly ask that you do not let them on the furniture or beds.
* Dogs are not to be left unattended in the caravan at any time (this is the park rules)

Now the boring stuff!
* No bbq's - there is a dedicated bbq area on site)
* No smoking or e-cigarettes (vapes)
* No Electric Vehicle charging
