Caravan Description

Welcome to Summer Breeze, our newly renovated, central heated and double glazed static holiday caravan for hire on Liskey Hill Holiday Park in Perranporth, Cornwall.

The caravan has been renovated throughout, to include new beds, carpets, lino, throws and cushions, to give a real home from home feel.

We have amazing views of the dunes to the front of the caravan, also a small sea view to the front.

We provide, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a hamper on full paying weeks. We also have many games, DVDs and an Xbox, just in case we do have a rainy day, but hopefully the sun will be shining!

From the patio we have a large balcony area to the side that is enclosed. A table and chairs is provided for either the balcony or outside on the grass; it’s totally up to you.

Summer Breeze comprises of three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded rooms; a bathroom with newly fitted, large walk-in shower; a separate toilet; fully equipped kitchen; living room/dining area with patio doors leading on to the enclosed decking area. We do have a slight sea view from the front window, but mostly a dunes view. To the side is a country and fields view.


Please Note

You MUST provide the correct information of how many people will be staying in our holiday accommodation, which is for our insurance and the Park’s insurance. If the incorrect numbers are given, you will be turned away.

We do not provide linen. We provide duvets, pillows and protectors only, so please remember to bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases for one double and four single beds.

We also provide tea towels and a bath mat, but please remember to bring your towels.

Pet stays are £30 per pet, per week.

By paying your deposit you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions:

* No refund will be given if there is a cancellation after 14 days from you paying your deposit

* We do not allow pets in or on beds, please provide a bed they can sleep on. If there is excessive pet hair, there will be a charge out of your security deposit as our cleaners will charge us extra

* Our holiday home is strictly NO SMOKING throughout. If there are signs of smoking this will affect your security deposit

* The security deposit covers us for any damage to our holiday home and if left in poor, unhygienic conditions

* Please don't add any extra people or dogs to what has been agreed on letting the caravan, as you will be evicted from the property immediately

* An adult must supervise anyone under 18 in our holiday home at all times

Location

Liskey Hill Holiday Park is situated in Perranporth and just a 5 minute walk away is the town and beach. Our beach offers 3 miles of sandy loveliness and there’s a great pub on the beach too. There is also bus access just outside the Park, taking you into town and back again.

Liskey Hill offers a small arcade, shop and launderette on site. There is also a public footpath from the Park into town, which is the scenic route; a little longer, but lovely through the woods.

Perranporth has many shops, bars, restaurants, surf hire, a beach and shops including a butcher and eco shop.

It's difficult to get bored around here as there is so much to do and see! We are only 15 minutes from Newquay and Newquay Zoo.
