Caravan Description

Cherished, family friendly and modern, 5 person holiday home for hire on Liskey Hill Caravan Park in Perranporth, Cornwall.

The caravan had only been used by our family and was fully refurbished in 2019, but after a successful summer of renting our caravan in 2021 and amazing reviews, we are open for bookings in 2023.

Fully gas central heated and double glazed, the caravan has two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and overhead cupboard space. The 5th single bed is in the lounge and only suitable for a small adult or child under 5’4” (see photos).

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker and hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner etc. In the living area is a large flat screen TV with Freeview.

The shower room and toilet are accessible from both the hall and master bedroom, and the shower includes a ledge for sitting.

A bed guard is available.

Outside is a private secure decking area, with table and chairs, which offers views towards the sea and countryside. Parking is available near the caravan.

Bed linen and towels are NOT provided, so please remember to bring your own.

Bookings & Conditions

The caravan is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday only.

A non-refundable £50 deposit is required for each week to secure your dates.

The balance is to be paid six weeks prior to your holiday and payment is by bank transfer only. If your holiday is for within six weeks or arrival, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

There is also a £100 security bond that will be added to the final cost, this is fully refundable upon the successful inspection of our holiday home and covers any excess cleaning should it be needed. Please remember any breakages should be reported to us and are chargeable to you.

All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions, supplied at the time of booking.

Check in is at 3pm and check out is by 10am. Please ensure you have vacated the caravan by this time.

Location

Liskey Hill is a quiet, friendly site overlooking Perranporth’s world famous, 3 mile sandy beach. Situated amongst beautiful countryside and offering sea views and spectacular sunsets, it’s a perfect place to spend a holiday! It’s a perfect spot for walking or beach holidays.

We are just a few miles from Truro, with its Cathedral and variety of shops, both local and chains like M&S.

Surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Perranporth is famous for its surfing and friendly people, but there’s nothing better than sitting on the deck in the evening watching the sunset after a hard day having fun.
